Do not go here! Our suburban had the check engine light come on and the exhaust hose fail. We had it towed here. First, they didn't pull any codes from the vehicle. Second, they performed no diagnostics. They put the exhaust hose back on and flushed the transmission. Third, they did not test drive the vehicle. When we came to get the vehicle, they wanted to charge 3.99% fee for the convenience of a credit card. Do NOT ever pay cash here! All the error codes came back less than 2 miles from the dealership. They offered to look at it again to "make it right". This time they pulled the codes and claimed the gas pedal was the issue. They replaced the gas pedal and did the test drive. The errors occurred again. They uninstalled the gas pedal and did not charge us. We are out five days, $1k and are closer to having our vehicle fixed.
Do not ever go here!

I went in because my car seems like the brakes are making that little screeching noise. They told me it’s break dust go through the car wash and it should stop go at a speed of 35 hit on the brakes real hard but it still making that same noise. I really believe that it needs new brakes and maybe they just didn’t know what they were talking about. I took it to Jiffy Lube. They said I needed new brakes, but I prefer the dealership to get it done. I’m just like why would y’all lie to me…….

I had been to a number of dealerships this last week, but none had compared to the service I received from Juan G. At Shortline GMC on Havana. He was patient and thorough and worked with me from start to finish.

We were very clear with the salesman what we expected in terms of pricing. We were told a price that gave us the incentive to make the 4 hour round trip to buy a vehicle, but when we got there the salesman told us the car would cost more because of fees and options we did not expect in light of our previous conversations. This is the kind of behavior that gives car buying such a bad reputation.

Steve Cantrell at Short Line Automotive group was absolutely great in finding and getting me into a Buick that fit my needs. Walked me through every step and was very thorough through the whole process. Highly recommend sopping in and seeing Steve if you are in need of a vehicle.

Service dept is subpar at best. Scheduled my truck for service. Dropped it off at the appt date and time. Truck sat for 5 days. i know this because I have GPS on the truck and can track miles driven. No one even looked at it. I had to call back in. I was told after 5 days that they did not have a "heavy duty" tech to look at my truck and that it would be another week "maybe" before they could even look at my truck. I emailed to Ashlegh and the manager my displeasure with the experience. I recieved a call that said they saw the email and would contact me when my truck could get in for repair. I called back in after 2 weeks and was told they still did not have a technician. I was assured that they would call me. Well... it has been another 2 weeks for a total of at least a month. No contact. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy. I am in the service industry and see people everyday. I am currently sharing my experience to everyone I can.

Left voicemail to talk to a service agent on August 15th 2024. No one ever called me back, guess they don't need the business. Went elsewhere.

Horrible service from parts department, young man answered the phone after my call was redirected to the parts department. Was looking for a sunshade for my GMC Denali and the guy was not only rude and obnoxious but was also laughing and joking saying they don’t sell those types of sun shades there. Called omega GMC in Thornton and they were able to help me within SECONDS!!!! Huge huge hugeeeeeee shout out to the Omera GMC dealer for their incredible customer service and understanding. Not surprised that the Buick gmc customer service in aurora has such terrible members. Sad it ruins the overall reputation of the GMC brand but I won’t blame the whole company for one person alone the guy was just horrible and should have not been working in customer service!

We came to the dealership to look at a Yukon XL Denali. When we came in, we were treated by Chris. We told him what we were looking for saying we saw the Vehicle on the website and wanted to check it out. Chris asked for a stock number which we had to look up via the web. It was concerning that he did not know his own stock... Chris was not familiar with the options or the Yukon's features. A bit discouraging.
We ended up liking the Yukon and made an offer for purchase. After a bit of back-and-forth, we made the deal and purchased the vehicle.
We were a little discouraged that we never met a manager. After spending over $100K, you would think a manager would want to say hello and thank you. Overall, I think if someone spends this type of money, a little more than a bottle of water should be offered.
Although we did not need to finance the deal the dealership offered, which was only available if we did, the finance person was great.
I would probably not come back to this dealership. It seems a buyer doesn't need to meet with a Rep or deal with a dealership if they don't make it a personal experience. Luckily, my wife and I did our research and had most of the answers we needed to make an informed decision. It's just sad that you spend this type of money, and I feel like I could have gotten more warm and fuzzy feelings from an Amazon purchase.
I will say it was nice of them to hold the vehicle over the weekend while we were out of town.

I will say I prefaced before I got there that I wouldn’t be making a deal that day. I was given a lower number for my trade than expected and I even mentioned meeting in the middle where they still fell short.
The vehicle was new by definition of never titled but had nearly 1000 miles on it as well which was a bit of a shock upon my arrival.
I was told after they continued to text me once I left. That they won’t negotiate unless I’m there as it has factors like taxes and and a commitment and credit app from me to ok those things which is completely backwards.
Why would I commit to a credit app if they aren’t in line with the numbers? Who really is the GM? Lisa Sutton says she is, but their website says she is the GSM… which is not the same.
If you want an old school dealership with their rough approach with new school we don’t budge on price model, these guys are for you.
These guys and gals wanna have their cake and eat it too.
