“Called Craters & Freighters in a panic when FedEx mistakenly delivered about 600 lbs of oversized items to my door that were intended to land at a warehouse in commerce city. Chad was so helpful and reassuring, and after a few quick questions I had a quote in my email and a pickup booked for the next business day. The crew who came to get the parcels was very efficient and friendly. They called ahead of time to verify arrival and they showed up exactly at the top of the pickup window. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes and the items were safely delivered across town. Thanks Blaze! I would highly recommend this company. They were so good I would have paid double!”

“This is a Happy Returns location. It was busy the entire time I was there. Boxes stacked everywhere awaiting pick up. Those behind the counter were patient and friendly.
I was making a Happy Returns drip off for my mother who didn't quite get it done correctly. They were glad to explain a few things to me about how they are done and we were able to get things finished in no time. Of course after I made 3 calls to get additional QR codes.

“I was dealing with liars and thieves with Ma***a Fo*****rs and got tired of them missing whole boxes and damaged and lies on their website
So i now exclusively use Forex and every box i sent made it to Mindanao
I send at least one box a month sometimes 2 and in the past sent 3 with other company who did not appreciate my business....but Forex DOES and they are always friendly
Best part is the COMMUNICATION ...forex always returns calls and answers questions....that to me alone is what makes me give good review!!!

“These guys are rockstars. I worked with 2 Indian guys, both spoke fluent English, without accents. One tall. One short. (Providing a description to give you an idea of who I worked with, as different employees offer different customer service experiences.)
Walked in with a large item return to Amazon. Very frustrated with Amazon after dealing with Amazon CS, which I told them. Asked them which box I needed. They scanned my return code, picked the box that would fit, rang me up for the box, then said they’d take care of the boxing and shipping from there and released me back out into the wild.

“The workers in here are always real nice and I like the fact that there is a machine so you can scan your packages in by yourself when there is a long line. A lot of the bad reviews on here are probably Amazon‘s fault because they don’t give people the correct information when doing the returns. It happened to me and it was totally Amazon and not the UPS store… I also got my passport photos taken here, and it was really fast and easy.”

It indeed is inside the conference center side of the resort (I just fixed the location; it should appear shortly.) The office is on the lower level (below the lobby level) by the Juniper Ballroom.”
“The staff were really friendly. They said they don't print out prepaid shipping labels except if you have a USPS Label Broker. But they were very helpful to find me a place close to the Post Office, like the Library, to print out the prepaid shipping label and went to the library and got the shipping label printed out at the library and went back to the Post Office and got the package finally dropped off, no hassle. Again, they were really nice people. I recommend this post office.”

“I arrived at 1:53 at this absolute cesspool of a postal office. Yes, I clearly saw the “Closed for lunch 2:00-3:00” sign & and kept yanking at the door until Cameron begrudgingly opened it for me. He gave me the typical gone-postal comments of how people like me ruin his day, how he hates being eternally overworked and underpaid & how they’re closed for lunch for a reason. I told him to have a better day because I don’t let wage slaves bully me. But hey, still 5 stars for me cuz I was out by 1:59. Thanks for the speedy service, Cameron ?”
