I went in there today like 5 min ago to find a new foundation because mine is creasing. I needed to be color matched. Every single associate was up at the counter even though there was only one person checking out. I waited for like 10 min and finally a lady came up to help, I told her I needed to be color matched and she said she was going to help another lady first and moved on to the lady next to me who also needed to be color matched without helping me. Meanawhile all the other people were still up at the counter. The whole thing just left a terrible taste in my mouth. Like why ask me if I need help if you’re not going to help me? So I just left without buying anything

I went in for a shade match and was asked to wait a moment since there was only one lady in the store. No biggie. She then goes and checks everyone out and makes samples while I waited for 20 minutes. Not very smart beauty advisors I shade matched myself.

Terrible customer service !!!
I asked the staff to help me check the balance of my gift card so I can confirm the balance. She tried to help by scratching off a little bit of my card but ended up ruined it. I asked them, what to do because the card is now useless and they said I have to call the number on the card and request a new card instead. I refused and asked them to call for me instead because I know its not easy to get a replacement card like that. They told me it’s not their responsibility and whatever after what they did to my gift card. They called the manager, he tried to fix it but it didn’t help (he was nice). They told me to come again the next day as they will ask another manager to figure it out.
The staff wasn’t being responsible or at least speak nicely and admit what they did was wrong!! Wasting my time, get my card ruined, not professional, staff was irresponsible and wont admit their mistake!

Had a lovely experience here last night thanks to I believe the manager? She was working the register at 7:15 ish pm, petit with shoulder length hair and she was so kind and helpful. I came in looking for a hair mask and she was so helpful and made me a sample. What a kind employee. Thanks so much!

The manager is an absolutely unpleasant, impudent, rude and incompetent worker. Other employees know nothing and do not try to help or work with you. I do not recommend spending time and money in this specific occasion.

The staff at the registers were great! I didn’t need help from the floor staff but I’m sure they’re lovely as well. There was a sale going on, so the little store area was packed very tightly. Also, they were either sold out of or hadn’t gotten a chance to re-stock a lot of product. While waiting in an already long line, I watched a customer completely halt the line as she tied up multiple employees with a ridiculous return request. The staff had some serious patience and never once got cross with that woman. They even kept apologizing which they didn’t need to do. So much chaos handled professionally.

I had some Kohl's rewards to spend and they had a Friends and Family event with additional savings available. So I went online and found his pants. Selected for the pants to be delivered to the store and saw that it was available in their stock. Selected self pick up instead of curbside pick up. Paid for the purchase and waited for an email informing me the items was ready for pick up. Headed for the store when I received the email that the item was ready. I stood in line at the customer service counter and was informed that self pick up if done at another location in the store. There are signs overhead to follow once you know what to look for. From the email, you can start the pick up process. There's a code to enter into the pick up program which lets you know which box your purchase is in. You pick up your item and complete the process online, marking the pick up done. It's convenient but I feel like your purchase could be taken by someone else as it doesn't seem very secure. It's not monitored by associates to prevent theft. But I got my item and it was easy so it was all good.

Penny’s, Dillard’s, and even Walmart allow customers to try on clothing before purchase. At Kohl’s prices they should offer use of their fitting rooms. All fitting rooms closed. I will shop where retailers compete more for my business.

I ordered an item off Kohls.com that never arrived. I order in June. I have been fighting to get my money back. $415.73. I keep getting the run around. I've been promised my money back several times. Then it never arrives. I have spent hours dealing with this nightmare.i have been promised phone calls back. Not one call. When I call I am on hold or a call for over an hour. They flat out lie on the process. I will never shop Kohls again My daughter wanted to apply for a job and I told her no! The only thing the can offer is coupons a mlm d long hold times on the phone they do not deserve a 1 star rating.
