Also thank you for staying calm, nice and polite, besides also being knowledgeable. That's the way we supposedly are people who work in the customer service field, but many are not doing that.”
“Patrick was a big help. Super friendly. Ez process. I Picked up 2 locks. Got in and out Super easy. Picked up a 10x15 drive up garage. It's tall & super spacious. The yard is gated and Super clean. The space feels safe. Plus they have a great rate and a free 1st month! Can't beat that with easy access right off the highway.

“I’ve done a lot of business with a lot of people and companies in my life, let me tell you this place is exceptional!
I can’t say enough about Gary and Beth who are some of the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure to give my business to. The length that they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers simply doesn’t exist. The level of service here would be considered exceptional even 100 years ago.
The facility itself is clean well maintained and feels very secure. The office is accommodating always staffed and is well equipped with everything you need. Our storage unit was perfect, super high ceilings and we got an amazing rate. Had my life stored here for a year and a half and never worried about a thing. Had one minor issue which was out of managements control and they did everything to make it more than better and still kept apologizing tho it was absolutely not their fault.
Only downside was I had to move out a month ago so I no longer use their services. If I ever will have a need this is the only place I’ll use. I cannot possibly recommend this place enough, I wish them all the success in the world!”

“I was looking online for storage spaces by home for low rates. I called the customer service number and spoke to Richard who was really helpful and answered all my questions. I reserved my unit and not too long after, Brittney, the manager called and we got payment completed and she offered additional information. She’s very friendly and helpful. When I got to location she showed me around and how to open and close the doors. The facility is very clean. They have a lot of moving supplies as well! No complaints!”

“It sits next to some sort of giant dirt construction site which I don’t love but for my needs, it’s totally fine. The guys at the front desk are super cool, just be aware that you have to buy a cylinder lock for your unit and if you don’t have one, they get to hit you for another $20 to buy one at the office there. My unit was clean and the guys show you everything you need to know to get set up. I only gave 4 stars cause they didn’t let me know ahead of time that I needed to purchase a cylinder lock. I might’ve been able to find one for cheaper than $20.”
“Seamless sign up online and easy to pay online. Easy to find our space in the facility and the best part is we got a corner unit. Even the rep came and asked us if we needed anything if we liked our unit. AWESOME!”

“The staff at this location, mainly Xochitl because shes the only person i see , has always been professional polite and have always provided me with an excellent customer service experience. Shev goes further than above and beyond help with any issues or concerns i may have very quickly. If she ever leaves she will need to leave her clone behind to fill her shoes!”

“I forgot the guys name that was helping me but he’s the on-site manager & he was very friendly and super helpful! The process was quick & easy and when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the unit (which was all the way in the back) he took the time to go up and check on it while I grabbed a few more boxes and told me how to do lock it when I got back. Five stars for the customer service alone!”

“For being a location in a questionable area this storage is actually one of the safer ones ive been to. The manager Summer doesnt play and takes the securityof your property seriously. She doesnt allow people to loiter and she will approach whomever. She can be stern which i have to admit can be intimidating but it keeps u acting right. If your looking to act a fool there just keep it moving but if you want yohr property safe. This place is it for the most oart. Some things will be outta there control but i keep my stuff there. My only complaint is the units are a bit smaller than advertised. Yeah cubesmart i know im being wuued on my space! Overall summer is great location is great!”
