Horrible customer service,I 100% do not recommend this place at allDon’t know how to talk to peopleIt’s called a storage so you can store things you not using at the moment but they would let me store my motorcycle that I wasn’t using do to the fact I just had surgery so I can store it .. I said ok can I moved it in a couple days she was very rude and said no get it out now so they place is trash ?️

My experience at this particular location has been nothing short of outstanding and simply amazing. Gwenn and her team take Pride in all the work they do for the customer. I always get a smile on the way out without fail, Gwenn is the reason why I am still doing business with this company. Gwenn was very professional & friendly. Her attention to detail was awesome. I came to Gwenn today with a storage problem from another storage facility. Gwenn was very helpful in resolving my new storage needs. Gwenn fixed me up with a second storage unit in no time at all. I know I made the right decision to utilize this facility for my storage needs. Thanks Gwenn you are awesome.

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had a pleasant experience with the manager of this business. She has been extremely rude and confrontational on several occasions. It finally came to the point of me writing a complaint to the company. She responded today by driving her golf cart to my unit and confronting me. When I turned to see who was behind me, she asked if I have a problem, with a tone and demeanor of someone looking for a fight. When I asked her what she was talking about, she challenged me to do something about it as she drove away. So this is what I'm doing. I won't be stooping to her level, and I certainly will not be intimidated. I also have dealt with fraudulent charges the bank card I use to pay my storage bill. I have no proof that she's responsible, but she's the only person I suspect. Pay your bill in cash if you rent here! Also know that they rented me a 10'x10' unit that only measures 9'x9'. Bring your tape measure.

Gwenn was so sweet and helpful! She was knowledgeable and efficient. The unit was clean and is easy to access. The price was within budget and the location is in a good quiet area. Very impressed so far and grateful for the friendly staff!

This is the worst storage place I have ever been to I cant explain how Disrespectful the front desk lady gwen (she claims was her name) was. She yelled at me to the point where my heart was pounding bc I was holding back then she tells me she will not accept my ID in which was issued by the dmv is my actual drivers license bc she said it was not valid without any reasoning. She honestly violated my rights and I will be calling corporate people deserve better sooo much better.

Making a reservation online was the only good thing about my experience. The woman in the office is extremely rude, judgemental, self ritcheous and unprofessional. While filing out the paper work she proceeded to ask personal questions about my driver's license because it is an interlock only license. Which made me feeling like I was in an interrogation, Then, an elderly man came into the office ( who currently rents a unit) and asked if they could cut his lock because he had lost his keys. She then lectured the man about his irresponsibility and refused to help him. He even offered to pay for the assistance and she refused. She then told him that HE could not even cut his own lock and then scolded him like he was a child about purchasing tools to do so. In an extremely arrogant and demeaning tone told him; his only option was to call a locksmith. Seeing that this man was elderly, and knowing how much hiring a locksmith would cost this man, I chimed in and offered to help him cut his lock. That sent her into a over the top fury of angry, old lady judgemental, verbal warfare. She then quickly turned her distaste towards me, and began to scold me with a bitter condesnding demand that I would do nothing of the sorts! Knowing that heightened responses rarely solve anything, I calmly apologized and stated that I was only trying to help and that I've been in a similar situation before. I'm fairly sure i saw flames in her eyes at that point. She raised her voice, pointing and shaking her finger at me, All while giving me the third degree like I was a murder suspect! Hurling questions and statements of misquoted policy at me AND this man. Still, I remained calm and asked her why she needed to be so combative? I had done nothing wrong, I apologized for my evil intent for helping an elderly man and my blatant disregard for HER version of a company policy (that is not posted nor in the rental agreement). I told her that her actions and her verbal disrespect was making me feel that she had judged me as a criminal of some sorts. She even went so far as to tell me that my need of the 24 hour access ammenity (which they advertise and offer to everyone) was suspicious suspect. Last time I checked, my need to utilize an offered amenity is not a crime. And again calmly explained myself more than I should have in a vain attempt to ease fears of this obviously unhappy and bitter woman. I explained that I work until 9pm as a barber and I am a e-commerce small business owner and this schedule prevents me from accessing most propertiee due to limited gate access hours. I need to be able to access my inventory after work to. I must point out that the rental was under my company, which is in good standing with the Sec of state, on time with my tax filing and which has many positive customer reviews on several platfor.s. Some criminal I am! But, I am a 30 something white woman who has tattoos. Guess that makes me worthy of being judged as a menace of society, hard core ex- con or whatever title she had deemed me worthy of. By the second time she threatened to not let me rent at their property, I told her that she had been nothing but disrespectful and I would take my business elsewhere, which I did. I have rented storage units for business purposess for years now. I usually have larger unit and pay on time. But, I guess she obviously didn't think my money was good enough. If you feel like being berated, labled, or treated like you are the scum of the earth, then you will love this place! I'm sure the actual property is decent and the 24 hours access would be nice if you can make it past the Cerberus that guards the gates.
