Beware. She violated me by running a perm twice fully through my hair when I specifically asked her not to, because I knew it would over process my hair. I just wanted a touch up to have manageable texturised hair. As she was doing it she said, “you don’t tell the doctor how much appendix to remove.” Sorry to inform you are not a doctor. You are not even a hair doctor that cares about the health of hair. Your concern is dollar signs. My thick mid back hair length is now broken off. She not only damaged my hair, but charged me a fortune to mess it up. I agree scam alert!

I was very happy with my hair after relax and trim. Was not happy being charged $65 for 8oz of oil that I did not ask for. She said she was giving me an oil but alas it was not true giving ??. The total cost for my hair was $265. I am still waiting to be told what relaxer was used in my hair.

Texurizer was two different textures because the touch up didn't match the previously Texurized hair. Hair started breaking never went back!

Stephanie is a great stylist and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I loved my hair cut but it can get a bit pricey.

I moved from out of state and was looking for a stylist. My previous stylist bleached and relaxed my hair. It was brittle and unhealthy. Sassy Shears is the best salon hands down! My hair is growing, shiny and healthy. I started bringing my daughter and her hair is manageable and in great condition. Sassy Shears is an upbeat and professional salon. Miss Stephanie, I am so disappointed in you. I actually believed you were a good hairdresser. You are good at acting as one. My hair stated off better than it is today. Now, both of my childrens’ hair have fallen out. My youngest had a relaxer put in, and it damaged her hair to the point where it had to be shaved, a job which you also did. That wouldve been fine, I was willing to defend you on it, because it was mistake that you seemed eager to fix and repent for. None of us knew her hair would’ve reacted like that; however, isn’t it your job to know? Nevertheless, against my better judgment, I came back. The immaturity you displayed during our last visit changed my mind at breakneck speed. You are all about money. Amidst all of this, the fact that you are using Jesus to propel your brand is unseemly. Stop selling your husband’s business at work. Stop imposing your grandchild’s business on your customers. And stop using God’s name for profit! You have blocked me from Facebook. See!
