Okay, so this is my second review of the Safeway and unfortunately it's another negative one. I don't come here often, but every time I do it seems like the customer service is non-existent. Came to pick up a prescription paid with my phone at the pharmacy. No problem. I decided to pick up some cherries and a few other snacks for my day + for some reason my phone didn't work now at the self-checkout after waiting in line out to check out the attendant brings me to another line where I wait for a cashier who tells me that this won't work and the attendant should have known that. So I essentially wasted about 15 minutes waiting in line for nothing. When I explain to the clerk that I just use my phone over at the pharmacy to pay for my prescription. He said that's great and I asked if I could pay for my groceries over at the pharmacy. You know like you can at King Soopers he said no. So kind of confused as to what the difficulty is with this store and poor service. It's the closest grocery store to me yet I go out of my way to find another store to make purchases at. That's how bad the customer service at this location is other Safeways are fine. This one I would avoid

Locks door in my face at 10:45 and proceeds to tell everyone trying to get in that they're closed already, when the posted time is 11. Do better.

Outstanding customer service by Erle & Enalie they went above and beyond to get my wife favorite cake which was not available and they made it happy ! They deserve to be the associate of the month for their incredible customer service!

This place is good for fast trips. I would not do a big shopping list here as it is a little pricer than king suppers but less busy. I come here when I need a couple of items and dont mind paying extra out of convinence and speed of trip.

I came for a quick breakfast sandwich from the deli and the worker was rude and didn't have sausage. She yelled across the deli and asked if I needed something and seemed bothered that I was there.

I spent 45 minutes shopping and then I needed to use the restroom only to be told that I'm not allowed to use the restroom because the restrooms are closed. It's not that they aren't working. But they are closed to customers. I had to leave my entire grocery cart to go find a place to use the restroom. Ridiculous.

One of the worst safeways I've been in but still not too bad. Meat selection is horrible and produce was not great but overall not bad

Went to try to pick up juice and lemonade. The cooler's we're not working. The employees are obviously uninformed because I asked and they knew nothing about it. The restroom in the store has not been cleaned for at least two to three months. Literally the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
