It was closed at 8:54 as I’m typing this msg. They claim they close at 10 and it was closed. Please update your hours of service. No one wants to drive after they googled the hours and it’s closed.

While I like this store, it's usually clean has a nice stock of things to buy and it's not usually over crowded like other Ross stores today was not such a nice trip. I went in a found a purse I loved decided to buy it. I noticed they now have two armed guards at the doors now as well. I don't remember seeing them last time I was there. That's okay I just figured they are there for safety reasons. Anyhow, I take my big pretty purse and go to check out. I pay and get ready to leave. As I am walking towards the door one of the guards yells in my face "hey you" pulls my receipt out of my hand and marks it with a pink maker and says " you can go"
No, "excuse me ma'am may I see your receipt". Well I can tell you I won't be going back to that Ross again.

Could definitely use the cleanup. Staff is a little rough around the edges almost uninviting very unorganized. It can use a cleaning, the jobs are a little aggressive. It's almost like they're not inviting you to walk around as a Latina I didn't feel very comfortable.

They said they had suit coats. So I drove 20 minutes. They have coats. No idea why anyone told me they had suits.
Cool, Macy's is 2 mins south of here.

Bad customer service bad security. People are always stealing. Security doesn’t care, fitting rooms are never opened. Customer service is really bad and disrespectful, team members are always fighting with each other.

It's disappointing to stand in a store and watch people steal while I’m standing in line to pay for my merchandise. I understand that they can’t stop them, but why have three security guards stand at the door and tell them not to come back? Meanwhile, one register open at least ten people in line while two employees putting rings from the hangers and pins from the merchandise that’s supposed to stop people from stealing into little bins while watching the line get longer and longer.

Make sure you look at what you buy I bought a jacket that had snap on button that was broken took the tags off threw them I'm the trash put the jacket on found out it didn't snap one sleeve is good the other is not do that with anything you buy anywhere make it a habit spend your money wisely...

I don't spend my time often making reviews, especially not negative reviews. However I had a terrible experience at this Ross. The line was completely wrapped around the cue, and four or five grown women were chit chatting in the jewelry section while one singular teenager was trying to get through this line. At one point the young man had to turn around to ask for help, and all four women who are currently at jewelry counter looked at him and then turned around and continued their conversation. I waited about 3 or 4 minutes to see how long it would take them to attend to me before I had to speak up and say excuse me. The women took an additional 2 minutes or so to easily finish their conversation, at which point one person came up to help the young man and assisted the young man with a massive attitude. With all the hiring 16 and 17-year-old stickers all over the registers you would think that they would treat thier employees with more care and respect let alone the waiting customers.
