20 people in line and 1 cashier. REALLY POOR customer service. Sadly understaffed.

Just about as much as you would expect for a Ross in GVR. I was surprised it was decently stocked today, but it's usually in chaos as our most Ross's. You can't blame the staff, just the people who shop there.

I could take them or leave them. This store is not well kept compared to other Ross store throughout the city. In my opinion, and I've gone here more than once, hoping it would improve, you'll have a far better shopping experience elsewhere.
