This location absolutely sucks. I got there at 10 but the doors weren't unlocked. A lady did come open the door telling me she can't open until the "security guard" got there. Which i seen when he pulled in and he was at his car taking his time putting his vest and stuff on. Also I recieved a dress in the mail on Friday but return it because it was to small the very next day and they gave me store credit because I didn't return it within 7 days from when I ordered it. But on the order form it said I had 30 days to receive a refund however I made the purchase. I call the 1877 number and they said the store was wrong and told me when to go back to the store and they would fix the problem. I went back, at first the lady didn't know what I was talking about but ended up putting the money back on my card

I don't really go to the mall but my daughter wanted to go to rainbow so we did. I found a skirt on the clearance rack 7 dollars I liked the skirt I try it on with my pants on it looks good ( dressing rooms are closed ) go to pay for it and I'm charged 15.99 I tell the cashier the tag said 7 dollars she says the tag is wrong so I go back to the clearance rack and get the only other skirt same 7 dollar tag she tells me that tag is wrong to. I tell her keep the skirt. My question is why would you put that tag on and then change it at the register is that

Bree made my experience shopping here amazing. All the employees were super nice and helpful! Even the security gaurd was friendly. Prices and selection was good! I definitely will go back!!!

Just tried shopping again with the store even after my 1st horrible experience. Well lady & gentlemen it has happen again! I hate shopping here!! Excited to go shopping with my daughter only for them to end up embarrassing me and make me feel like an criminal after spending my money with them! Made the biggest scene due to one of their employees left a tag on something I purchased. I won’t let it happen again! & I hope you don’t let it happen to you ever!! This place is terrible DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! GO TO THE ONES IN THE MALL!

I was Told The Music I listen to was not Sufficient and If I didn’t like the Music shop else where. When I enjoy my Saturday I don’t want to be subjected to someone else’s faith I’m Muslim and I don’t expect the ways of the world to understand my faith. But I don’t want to be subjected too someone else’s faith. This is Unacceptable and Disrespectful. Probably will not be back. Store Looks great but Politics & religion have no place when I’m picking out Underwear.

This particularl Rainbow has no inventory or bathroom. Security almost tackled us on the way out. Why? It's not like they even have anything worth stealing here.

The website site states they open at 10am. Upon arrival at 10:15 doors lock sign on the window states 11:00. Do disappointing that they can't update their hours so customers like myself don't drive all here just to find the doors closed

Super cluttered, but great prices ? just wish that the employees maybe would smile or at least be friendly ? The two who were working didn't seem to be at all interested in the fact that there were no size tags on any of the newer t-shirts that were hung up on the floor. Meh...

Why does online closing hours say 8 if the doors are locked by 6:55?! Either the employees are closing the store early or the hours need to be updated! Either way it’s not okay
