Simply put I will now bring all of our vehicles here for service. The air conditioner needed repair and Schomp got the diagnostic done and returned to us in the same day. Few days later the part was in and they repaired it the same day and we had it back that afternoon.Other local Ford dealers told me on the phone that I would have to drop off the car and they wouldn't be able to diagnose it for at least four days. Yet they wouldn't let me bring in the car, even the night before they knew they could get it on the rack. Essentially they want the car for four days. Schomp diagnosed it and returned it to us in one day.Great prices, great staff and I strongly recommend this dealership!

I must say, this was probably one of the most painless car buying experiences I have ever had. Micah was absolutely spectacular and even though we had a little hiccup along the way, it was handled spectacularly. If you are looking at a Ford, I cannot recommend Micah enough.

I brought my 07’ Mustang to Ford for a few recalls on the vehicle. While there I also asked for a few things looked at on the vehicle hoping a ford shop could ensure the safety of my vehicle and notify me of any concerns.I let the techs upfront know that the clutch had an issue (needing to be pressed hard to start the vehicle) and that I would like that looked at as well as a squealing belt. The car was dropped off on a Saturday and there was no update at the end of day. 3 days goes by it’s Tuesday with no communication from the shop. I reached out myself to see if there was any update and the only update I was given was that a tech was going to look at it and would be completed by end of day. No communication the rest of the day and the shop closed. The next day I called and was told that the tech hadn’t even looked at the vehicle and that it would be completed by end of day on Wednesday. 2 more days go by with no communication from the shop and it’s been a week. I reached out again to see if my vehicle was ready and they told me it was but that they had to jump start the vehicle each time and that the battery was bad and needed replacement. I told them this was not the case because the battery was in good condition but that it was a clutch issue that I wanted looked at. They said they would pass that information down to the tech but I assume the tech still couldn’t start it because they kept jump starting it. They did however look at the belt and let me know there was a crack and would replace it. I accepted the service and was told it would be completed Saturday. 4 more days goes by and on Wednesday a week and a half later it was finally ready for pick up.After looking at the report from the multi point inspection a lot of stuff was overlooked and the clutch was not even looked at. The lady at the desk was also rude to me when I arrived, when I walked up to pick up the vehicle no one would even acknowledge me until I walked up to one of the service employees. I told her I was there to pick up and her response is “and who are you?”. She did end up apologizing for the rude response and said there was a nicer way she could’ve asked. We walked out to the car and she joked about jump starting the car because of the battery. I went and was able to start it with no issue. The overlooking on the clutch was a huge concern for me as far as safety, a few days ago the clutch ended up giving out on the highway. Normally I would take something like this to the dealership to fix but I do not have faith in Schomp Ford to get the job done and fear the lack of communication so I took it to a small shop to replace the clutch assembly and flywheel which set me back $2000.My dissatisfaction is toward my service was due to the lack of communication and the timeliness on service. And lack of knowledge of the techs to know there was an issue with the clutch and did not bother to check it to ensure the safety of my vehicle or the driver.

I feel compelled to put out a consumer alert as to the kind of dealership Schomp Ford is. Two years ago, I bought a 2019 F250 Lariat. It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with Schomp. I received nothing but the runaround with being told they would not take a deposit to hold the truck and that I needed to finance and take possession that evening or they would not hold it as they needed to make quota that night. Finally at 11:00pm that night finished the finance paperwork to be told that we had to come back the next day to pick up the new truck as the salesman had “lost” the FOB. The following weekend I went out to learn the truck. I was checking fluids and discovered there was no oil on the dip stick. I bought oil and got it back operation level. I called Schomp and told them and they told me to bring it in and they would service it. Since the first oil change with 29,000 at the time of purchase, this truck has been in 3 times in 2 years for oil changes and one tire rotation. When I picked my truck up after the tire rotation service, I noticed a missing lug nut and a few loose ones on the rear wheel. Every time a service has been performed, I have had oil puddles under my truck from loose to overtightened oil filters. The last service it appeared to me they had used an oil filter wrench to tighten the oil filter as there was a big dent in the filter along with scratches. I called Schomp and told them about my concern about the filter leaking and that I could not get any movement on it by hand to stop the leak. So we scheduled a day to bring the truck back to redo the service. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday evening for Wednesday’s appointment. After the manager had looked at the work, he stated it didn’t look good and they had fired the person that performed the service. I was told there were a few recalls and that he needed the truck for a day to do the SCR update along with the rear camera. I left the truck and told him that I would pick it up Thursday. I called Wednesday at 4pm to check on status and the advisor text me asking if I could receive a phone call. He called and stated that there were two more recalls and they needed to order the cameras due to Ford saying that they could turn foggy. He advised me that the truck was torn apart waiting on the cameras. The truck sat for 2 days waiting for parts. Finally, after texting them to address the excuses about the truck and where the parts are they showed up an hour later and the truck was ready for pickup late Friday afternoon. I stated that I would be in at 8:00am Saturday. 200 miles after picking up the truck the check engine light came on. I called Schomp on April 3rd and was told they had an opening for service the next day at 8:30, so I dropped the truck off at 5:45am and used drop box. I called later that day for an update and was told she couldn’t find the tech and would call me in the morning. As of 2:00pm the next day, Friday, still no update and I requested a manager call me. No call from service. Well after 4:30pm Friday, the advisor called me back and told me that the truck had just been pulled in a couple hours ago. I received another call around 4:51pm stating that the tech found a grounding issue and would clear the code, test drive and if no engine light comes back on the truck would be ready. I picked up the truck Saturday morning and driving home the engine light came back on 49 miles later. The code prior to service was P229F NOx sensor 1 bank 2. I believe they took the easy road instead of pulling and replacing the sensor they just cleared the code. Either I have sucker written all over my face or bad luck but I can’t believe that this has only happened to me with every service performed on my truck. I have taken many days off and many hours dealing with their incompetence of performing simple services, which seems to me as a turn and burn.

Hey, skunk Ford.I am glad you did miss me because I will never go back there. You guys don't even know your customers name. Referring to your customers with a different name is disrespectful.Go get a knowledgeable person to be in charge of your data.

We had a great experience buying a used truck from Schomp. Our sales associate, Deidre, was very helpful and easy to work with.

I had dealt with the salesman Devin who had gone above and beyond to make the sell of my new truck seamless!! This was the easiest and best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle, I will definitely be recommending friends and family!

Final bill was hundreds of dollars over estimate that I agreed to. After admitting a computer error. Still didn’t want to make it right. They finally refunded a portion of the over charge. I told Chaz I would leave a poor review. So here it is. Will never do business with Schomp again.

Buyer beware. I was interested in a vehicle they had on the lot. I knew the type of vehicle it was that it would go fast. I told them i couldnt make it in until the next afternoon and asked if i could put a deposit down to hold it. They said i could and all i had to do was sign a document and then someone from finance would call from finance and take my credit card info. I received the document 10 min before they closed i signed it and scanned it back to them 10 min after they closed. They ended up saying since the contract came after they closed it wasnt valid and ended up selling the vehicle to someone who called the next morning even though i called when they opened. Glad i didnt drive the 3 hrs to look at the car. Overall they dont stick to their word. Poor management

Edit : 3/22/24 the car failed me again with a broken coolant reservoir. This car is just falling apart. I absolutely regret buying a car from Schomp Ford be aware of buying anything that is wholesale or not covered under warranty. No support, no solution, or assistance of any kind with a used car that was purchased “as is, no warranty”.No desire to help find a mechanic or assist with repairs that would fix the car with an estimated $3k+ valve stem/ piston seal issue. Only drove the car 1500 miles owned for 5 months. Was basically told to take it anywhere but there. I attempted to speak to someone at Schomp before towing the car from the Chevrolet dealership to no avail except someone to take the appointment. The sales manager told me on a Friday night almost 6pm I should go back where I came from as they are a Ford dealership with no Buick mechanics(but had no problem selling a Potential bombshell Buick).Feckless and smug in regards to my issue was my experience so it would be hard to send friends, family, or even frenemies to Schomp Ford. Celebration Chevrolet gets kudos even as busy as they are.

I wish they would return any of the many voicemails I've left. I have a recall on my bronco they tell me they have the part come on in. I go right in and they are saying they don't have it .they will put me officially on some kind of waiting list for the parts I need.. it's been months and still nothing. my recall item is pretty much causing fires under the hood so there's that to always worry about.Ford please check your voicemail and call me about my recall part.thank you

Today was very disappointing. My family and I have been in search of a Ford Transit Trail Edition and Schomp Ford, through extensive research, had one on order that was supposed to deliver soon.Full backstory: through my employer I am offered a benefit for discounts on Ford vehicles. In speaking with the Schomp Salesman (it is at the discretion of the dealer to honor) they chose to not honor the discount due to the high demand of the Transit Trail (note "high demand"). The salesman went on to state that we could put down a refundable deposit of $500 to reserve the Transit at full MSRP and he would send us the paperwork to get it locked in. Upon receiving the deposit paperwork, it came to light that it was actually a non-refundable deposit and that it was only refundable upon not getting approved for financing. This was very off-putting as it was originally communicated/presented as fully refundable.Following was a long message thread where I asked Schomp to make the consession of waiving their policy on the deposit being non-refundable as I was willing to make the consession of paying full MSRP, forgoing the discount benefit I'm provided on Ford vehicles.Considering the discount was substantially greater than them waiving their policy on deposits being non-refundable, it seemed in my opinion to be a fair deal not to mention their confidence in being able to sell the unit with ease once it were to arrive and my family and I were to choose to back out of the deal. I even offered to put down a non-refundable deposit if they were to honor my discount.Nevertheless, their Sales Manager (who reached out to me) and GM were not interested in making any such consessions claiming they needed to hold fast to their policy, mind you a non-Ford policy. This is not a Ford policy as the deposit is not communicated to Ford as it would not trigger the release of the vehicle which the salesman stated was awaiting pickup (already built, along with other 2024 units) and being held by Ford until they unloaded more of their aging 2023 inventory.I guess the greatest disappointment comes from my own experience as someone who is in sales and believes in building customers for life, not to mention the old adage: a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Both parties were leaving something on the table and while not of equal value, I was comfortable with that at the time.Reflecting on how this was handled, it spoke volumes to me about the character of Schomp Ford as a dealer, their ownership, leadership, culture but most importantly, their values. If they were unwilling to make such a small compromise and consession, what other policy(s) would they hold fast to when a show of goodwill could ensure they earned or kept a customer for life? This is a business/dealer I have no interest ever partnering or working with. I wish others a better experience than I had moving forward; just be leery, your business should be valued.

Alex R. at Schomp Ford was so helpful! He was very knowledgeable and kind, and gave us the space we needed to discuss as a family. We now have the perfect truck addition to our family! Thank you Alex!
