Used my credit card at the self-wash station and was charged exactly $15.00 for what would have cost about $6 at the car wash just up the street on Quincy. The other car wash charges based on time, this one seems to simply wallop you with a flat fee. Btw, not just a preauthorization. It was preauthorized for $15 and I waited until the charge was final before reviewing.

Do not go to this dump. There are only two vacuums that accept card and the one I used didn't suck anything up. When I tried to stop the vacuum early the ONLY BUTTON on the machine extends your time, so I ended up paying for 10 minutes of a broken vacuum. I repeat do not come here, they clearly don't care.

The owner was out cleaning the bays and putting out deicer after a heavy snowstorm. He informed me that they use Armor all soap products, which is a great touch. It definitely makes for a cleaner vehicle. Thanks for taking the time to talk to me Your extra attention to detail really shows

Here they steal your money, put a 10 dollar bill and it gives you 9 quarters and the same thing happens if you put a 5 dollar bill and it gives you 4 quarters. You're kind of crazy, charging you a dollar to use this crappy car wash. I've never seen this before.

Still waiting for refund...Went to Pro Clean Auto Wash on Alameda next to Grease Monkey on 2/2 around 4:25pm - swiped card once and nothing, swiped again nothing, called # on box immediately and notified them of 2 $10 charges on my card (I had checked) and they said I should hear back about refund. 2/7 called # again and told it sometimes takes up to 2 weeks to get refund. 2/16 got text and offered free car wash and I texted back NO...want refund. Texted back on 2/17 and asked when refund. 2/24 (over 3 weeks) still no response and called answer service who said they would resend my info to the Pro Clean office. Also, went online and completed request for refund from Pro Clean website...and called the number from text on 2/16 and 2/17. THESE PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE!!! Next step...Colorado Attorney Generals Consumer Complaint Report and BBB.
