My teenage son and I joined together and it’s become part of our weekly routine now. Trainers explain exercises patiently to younger members instead of showing off. The center isn’t enormous, but the layout makes sense and doesn’t feel cramped. Air circulation is noticeably better than my old gym.

First time at this gym and had an awesome experience. The equipment is well kept and the facility totally clean. Excellent variety of equipment as well. Beth at the front desk was so cool. Gyms, especially new ones, can have weird vibes sometimes but not this one. I felt right at home. Would definitely recommend.

Great value, great staff and variety of equipment. Definitely a great gym for weight lifting and Olympic Lifts. Shelby does an awesome job creating a clean, motivaing and welcoming environment for all.
