Destroyed my driveway in the process of placing their POD. Terrible customer service in trying to resolve the issue. Would love to speak to someone, but they continually do not return my calls. Avoid this company!

This is the third time I left a review because they had yelp take it down, I was a customer and this is my experience:If I can give negative stars I would. PODS is extremely disorganized and a waste of money. You cannot access your storage when needed. I scheduled a time to pick up a few things from my storage for trip and they called to say they were busy and made me miss my trip. When I was able to access my own storage at their location they charged me. Not only am I being overly charged for a storage I cannot access it whenever I want and they will charge you access your belongings.Overall, negative experience with customer service who hung up twice and never called back.Your belongings are not easily accessible and they will charge you for about anything you can think of. Definitely stay away from this company.

I have been in communication since end of March to get my weight ticket, have emailed numberous times, and called. Been on hold for hours and still no weight ticket. Here is the kicker, this is an active duty mititary move. I can not get reimbursed for my move until I have the tickets. So disaapointed. I have asked for some compensation for the time I have spent on hold and emailing and nothing. I can not even begin to tell you the frustration I have with Pods. How hard is it to do your job?

If only it were possible to give a minus rating or even zero. I will not go into the details of the nightmare dealing with PODS has proven to be. In summary, the prices seem to change daily, the reps tell you something only to have what they said contradicted later, even a day later. They accept no responsibility, hold your belongings hostage. It appears their business model is more of a scam than service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND YOUR STATE CONSUMER AFFAIRS OFFICES.

I am living a nightmare because of PODS MOVING and STOREAGE. I paid them the price they said it would cost up front which was $1932.44 on 12/7/2022, all the other details is in the email below. Today is 01/14/2023 and still don't have my belongings they told me on 12/16/2022 that a balance of $2424.24 which I have been Disputeing well on 01/12/2023 they called saying I have a balance of over $2500.00 this just insane.

Use another company! PODS is unreachable by phone, unless you talk to their central operators. They are trying to move my units to a location out of the way, and charge me over $1200 to do it, rather than straight to my destination. I have been hung up on by operators several times. This should be a straight-forward move from one city to another, and they are making it very complicated, and expensive. Even if everything went perfectly, this experience has been much more expensive than it should have been. Do yourself a favor and find another option.

Used PODS for a family move from Austin to Denver. When the POD arrived at our address most of our things were damaged. It looks like the POD was dropped or in an accident as very large items were broken including a solid wood dresser with a 2 inch solid wood top that was split in half, bookshelves, dressers and night stands all in splinters. The force of impact was great enough break two cast iron skillets! PODS customer service is giving me the runaround. They told me an insurance adjuster would contact me in 72 hours. That was 8 days ago. They did over 10K damage to my property and won't even return my call now. It's going to cost me an arm and a leg but I will take these guys to court just on general principle if this isn't resolved (hope you're reading this PODS representatives) You couldn't pay me to use this service again. What a truly horrific experience. Avoid this service at all costs. Editing this review to reply to pods as yelp wont allow me to reply: We'll isn't that convenient, shirk all responsibilities off to a 3rd party company that won't get in touch with me. What a joke. I hope anyone considering using PODS reads my review and your flippant response to the fact that your company did over 10K in damage to my property.

I GOT THREE DIFFERENT $$ QUOTES FROM 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON SAME INFORMATION. When calling the 1800 # to get an approximate estimate for son so we could compare the prices to other storage container companies and the storage facilities in our area. When calling other storage container companies after them I had additional questions that the other container companies gave me without asking. The last guy so rude he would not finish letting me talk to tell him what I needed. He kept talking over me and then when I stoped and waited for him to say what he wanted to say he said for me continue because he didn't want to talk over me ??? He just was and did it several times. What is up with people doing that. Then he gave me the highest quote yet from that company. This company terrible customer service they have company or themself service not there to provide customer service.

first time using #podsus for a cross-country move and total disaster. where is customer service when you need them? 5 day nightmare and still no idea when my pod will be picked up & shipped. never again - psa for others out there!I was told a week ago my pod couldn't be picked up because cars were blocking....but yet have evidence it's there with nothing blocking it.

We had a POD on our property for a little over a year and it served its purpose. When the pod was dropped off initially, we were told that a skilled technician would have to come out to remove the POD because of how narrow our driveway is, and because our house is located in a narrow city alley. Jennifer was the technician assigned to remove the POD and she did amazing. She was able to maneuver the POD without causing any damage to our property or the surrounding properties. It was snowing and she handled everything very well. Thank you so much for your skilled work, Jennifer!

PODS is the way to go for moves. I used my first Pod container about 2 months ago. It when off with no glitches. Pod drop off , pick-up and deliver was on time. Delivery personnel great. I just had my second Pod picked up by Jennifer and she was great.
