I've been coming here for 12 yrs. They have now discontinued their military/first responder discount. I was told today it was because of the new ownership. Never expected, but always appreciated. We'll look to spend our $$'s with a business that appreciates and supports our US military going forward.

GET A RECEIPT!! Was told “22” by cashier for my $19.99 bottle. I questioned the round number but was told “22” again. Put credit card into machine (which had no total shown) and asked for a receipt. Cashier presses some keys and then hands me receipt for $21.59. They were clearly intending on “rounding it up” had I not called out their attempted theft. Won’t ever go back.

Don’t order on DoorDash y’all. Just check the overall ratings… I should’ve checked myself before ordering. Btw they don’t answer their phone. Owner, save your tool response. Your ratings are tanking!

Echoing the other reviews of the shady order fulfillment practices of this store. DO NOT order from this store. Tried to order via DoorDash. Order says completed but never received. Will be flagging as fraudulent charge so credit card transaction doesn’t go through.

We’ve tried ordering twice here through Uber Eats. First time we went over two hours with no order and had to cancel. Last night we were heading in the same direction so after an hour I cancelled my order. Uber eats charged me a $60 cancellation fee because Pioneer had already made “my food”. The order status never changes from prepared to picked up so it looked like it never left the store. We can understand having to wait for a delivery person to drop off if they have multiple orders. But each time we’ve tried ordering from here, it never left the store. Be forewarned if you order through a delivery app, it may never show and you may be charged an insanely large cancellation fee

Placed a small order 12 Modelos and 1 grenadine over 2 hours ago and nothing yet and DoorDash said it was delivered 45 minutes ago. Never again will I order from this place. I called the driver and he said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, that was 40 minutes ago.

When deliveries were made through drizzly service was excellent. But ever since the store started making their own deliveries, you can expect it to take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. There are always lots of excuses. And according to the delivery drivers the owner would always forget to put in the delivery order. I know they don't care about not having my business anymore because I'm a small customer, but shame on you, Pioneer Hills liquor for doing such a terrible job!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE ON DOOR DASH!! I placed an order on Door Dash that was supposed to take 50 minutes. 2 hours later I got a message saying the order was complete but I never received anything. I tried contacting them through Door Dash and got an automated message saying they can't guarantee any 3rd party orders. I called the store directly and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Now I'm out $65 and will have to physicaly go to the store to try and get a refund.

The store is amazing also have a great selection of craft beers and the guy behind counter is awsome . He is super friendly. I will definitely come again. Store deserves more rating

I don't know what my 2023 review that I started was about when I gave the place 2 stars but never finished- well, I foolishly tried it again. Word to the wise..9 open time is a suggestion not a firm opening. Tried the door at 9:20 a.m. and it was locked...as I was driving away they opened the door for the next individual who tried the door. Spent my money elsewhere.
