It's a pieceful truckstop, as far as I could tell. The staff was really cool and friendly. There's a Dennies here if you are hungry. Do keep in mind that parking for semis is limited here, and an entire row of spaces is reserved spots. Also, be very cautious getting in and out of spots cause they are very tight to menuerver.

Everytime i go in to the store this ugly chick named laura harasses me its very disrespectful when i have done nothing wrong and she wants to yell at a customer. Guess its okay to yell at customers when for no reason. Sounds like she doesnt need a manager job. Definitely doesnt act like one.

Greg at the fuel desk, is above and beyond. I have been driving truck since 1979, this gentleman should be running management. I have never felt more comfort in what he has offered, to me has a professional driver. I really hate to share this but the showers here are the best I have ever seen. Greg will welcome you with a warm smile . And you will rest assured with comfort that you are being taken care of. Thank you pilot flying j for hiring such a wonderful person. It has been many years since I have felt so good about fueling at the flying j.. Again I thank management at flying j for hiring such a professiona. This gentleman has restored my confidence in your company.

If you can park anywhere else, do it!I don't even go there to fuel because it is not safe ! I almost stepped into a needle the last time I was there to fuel and that was years ago. You're a lady driver, like me, do NOT go there! You have pets, do NOT go there! You appreciate your equipment not to be damaged, do NOT go there.Everyone else, good luck, you need it.

I have been a frequent customer for about 6 months and overall have had a pleasant experience but recently i have noticed a change and decline in customer service from one of your managers on several occasions I've witnessed a woman named Laura degrading and disrespecting employees in front of patrons as well yelling at paying customers to the point I was embarrassed for the other employees working there she she has a overall arrogant demeanor and is not fit to be in charge of your business if you would like customers to continue to patronize your establishment and retain your other more courteous employees I strongly suggest you keep her in the back

This place is completely out of control. If corporate sees this review, you guys should go undercover ( like the show undercover boss ), and come out here and see this place. It's pure lunacy. Run down motorhomes and homeless everywhere. The homeless knock on your door and wake you up, trying to sell you drugs or they ask you for money. Homeless sleeping inside the television room. Homeless urinating in broad day light. Trash everywhere. A security guard being paid at night and he does absolutely nothing. Non stop illegal parking. Etc, etc, etc. The list of problems is nonstop. It's a complete free for all here. It's like the twilight zone. A city within a city. I'll never again spend any more money here. Not even diesel fuel. I literally do not feel safe here unless I have all of my guns loaded. You see, this place is prime real estate. It's not far from the airport. So the management here is under pressure with generating the big numbers. And that's all they care about. Profit !!!

some people walk around at night and knock hard on cars, saying that they are security guards, waking up drivers, shining a flashlight in their eyes, shouting that parking is only for two hours. These are illegal actions, because there are no prohibiting signs, and there are no signs limiting parking by time. Don't be afraid to call the police! In addition, some drivers pay them money for overnight parking. In general, this is chaos, and you do not fall for it! these dubious people are nobody there.after that, a large fat guy came up to me in the parking lot, when I was talking with the younger one, by the way, he works at the cash register and sells pizza there, he started shouting loudly and swearing at me, demanded my ID, and pushed me with his stomach and arms, pushing me out of the parking lot. this is an attack and I will contact the police, and will also report this incident to the company management at the central office with a request to take action. These are the security guards in this parking lot. Be careful and contact the police in case of such a situation.

Parking lot is way to small and is always full no matter what time it is. The shower room had no toilet paper and the hooks to hang your stuff were broken. Store is dirty and the cashiers were all busy talking to themselves to acknowledge customers. Fuel island was a mess, 3 of the pumps weren’t working. Avoid if possible.

Once again another pilot that only cares about the almighty dollar. They only care about separating the dollars from the truck drivers pocket. They don't care about disabilities or if you're a veteran. Just get your money out so they can take it because that's all they want
