Adopted a cute little mouse and was impressed with the way they checked that I had supplies, had everything and a friend for the little wonder. Morgana will meet Fievel soon, and I am grateful to them for the clear concern they showed for the animals in their care.

I was able to make a Sunday appointment to get shots for a puppy that is watching for a friend. The staff members all were informative, kind and calming which are excellent traits to a young pup who is nervous, apprehensive and s good read on People's True nature. Despite it being his first time he got through it like a champ can I have the stuff to thank for that.

Friendly staff. I like how they have a BYO doggie bag bar.
I wasn't impressed by their selections on really anything else tho.

Excellent customer service from everyone at this Petco. Rowan and Marcus are outstanding at handling multiple responsibilities and priorities customer needs with a positive and friendly attitude. Keep up the great work!

It was great to find the employees to be incredibly knowledgeable about the fish and fish products as my kids and I bought everything to start our aquarium.

Cashier was absolutely amazing! He took the time to go to the special food and informed me that for some reason, that prescription food wasn't delivered on the normal truck/day. He was so friendly! This location should feel very lucky to have him!! The only thing I've had an issue with, is the lack of consistency in buying the prescription food. My pet relys on his food for life! So when I go in to buy an $90 bag of food, and it isn't there... It just tells me either "find it some where else" or "we don't care enough about your pet" and either response isn't okay. Please do more to reassure pet parents, like myself, can depend on your location having what we need for our "special needs" babies.

It is the only place I have gone to for my pet needs in 30 years. They only sell the best high-quality products. I love supporting small businesses and the personal and knowledgeable owners and staff. They make you feel like family.

Scheduled a wellness appointment at this location. Took off work early, drove through crazy traffic, traumatized my pet only to be told when I got there that she couldn’t be seen due to not having enough time scheduled. I received confirmation emails and text still NO ONE bothered to call me and ask that I reschedule a longer timeframe. A huge waste of time. Great way to make a terrible first impression. I won’t schedule anything with this location again!

If I could put zero stars, I would. Me and my partner both sat at the grooming station with our dog waiting for at least 20 minutes while the two employees at the front chit chatted with each other. Finally, I went up to one of them (which neither one of them came up to us from the beginning of us walking in until we walked out) and asked if anyone was available at the grooming center. The man I spoke to didn’t have to think for very long before saying “I believe they went home for the day”. I feel as though that was completely unacceptable to have two customers waiting for so long without checking in with them. We waited so long to give the groomer some time to finish up if they were there but if the other employees knew, we should have been made aware. I am extremely disappointed in the Petco on Quincy and Buckley.

We waited 20 mins for someone to return to help us with fish but guess there to busy
