“Very friendly staff! Took my 10 year old lab mix to get groomed and this was our first time here. It was a little chaotic at drop off time (1:30pm on a Monday) but I think that has more to do with the design of the waiting area than anything else. I was given the heads up it would probably be about 3-4 hours but he was finished in 2! Pricing is amazing! I’ll be coming back for sure!”

“Delivered here 3 times. If you're on time, it's typically less than an hour. If you are late, you get moved to the end of the line. Backing can be tricky since you're backing in off the street, and the JB Hunt trailers make it tighter.”

Really recommend the refillable litter from the back of the store, litter is cheap and decent quality for multi cats with added arm and hammer baking soda for cats odordizer and Marineland Zeolite blend ammonia neutralizing for fish tanks to last longer almost just like the big brands.”

“My Great Pyrenees, Wendy, is a difficult groom, or at least she had been. Prior groomers either made stay at the shop to "help" or sent my dog home within 10 minutes of arrival for being uncooperative. Carolyn (sp?) at Wag-n-Wash was able to get Wendy to cooperate. She did a magnificent job getting out all the tangles, mats and undercoat that made my big white dog look like gnarly mess. Wendy looks and smells like a show dog! Wag-n-Wash is the best.”
