We rented e-bikes from Mike on Sunday. The rental process was smooth, and Mike was very friendly. He found out I was local and lived in the neighborhood, and gave us a great deal. We had some issues with one of the bikes, and we were comped the rental. The store is brand new and very clean and tidy.
