I needed wipers for the front & back of my SUV. I couldn't figure out how to take the back blade off, I was afraid to break it, I asked the young man if he could help. He came out took it right off and I bought new ones, he came out and put on all the blades for me too ?? Amazing customer service this is the place I have been shopping at for many years. Everyone has always been very helpful. 1st time someone checked out my wiper blades, so again Thank you!

Went in to get a reading from the check engine light. I was helped by the assistant manager who was setting up shelving as I walked in. She grabbed the computer with a smile and we had some good back-and-forth about everything. She was very helpful and didn't rush me out despite me not purchasing anything.
Prices are comparable to the other chain stores.

Ordered a part on a Thursday. Was told it would be ready the next day. Sunday comes we go in to pick up the part. Was told not till after 3pm. Came back after 3pm we were told it was not on the truck. Just to find out they didn't have the part.

Never again. Rock Auto had same blades for $7 bucks a blade. The service is great, but the prices just aren't worth it.

I had a blinker that was not working. I had just gone over to Big O to see if they could look at it to tell me what was wrong and they told me they charged me $150 just to look. When I got to O'Reilly's the young man behind the counter was more than happy to go out and look to see what was. Of course, it was just a burnt-out bulb he went inside got a replacement bulb for it actually ended up replacing both blinkers just in case. Only cost me a little over $8 for the bulb at O'Reilly's. Great friendly HELPFUL service.
