I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. The part I needed was in stock and the gentleman did not try to upsell me to a higher priced item. When seeking a specific OEM hydraulic fluid, he even suggested looking at other places for better pricing on the specific brand, but provided an certified equivalent alternative at a far better price. Isn't it nice to have true customer service?

Absolute joke of a staff.., not a single person knows the beginning to automotive mechanics let alone changing a car battery. Every single time I go or someone I know goes to this location it's always leaving with no advice or part in stock. High schoolers wanting to be something they aren't is all this location is. DO NOT GO PR SHOP HERE!
