I actually took time to read other's reviews to see why folks are giving this store 4+ because that has certainly not been my experience there. The store is consistently out of products I use/purchase and a couple of the employees are rude as can be. I now drive 4x the distance to purchase groceries at the Tamarac Whole Foods.

NG has always been a place where I can relax and do my shopping. Everything is organized, and the crews are friendly. good discounts when you sign up with them. It's the only grocery store that does not elevate my blood pressure!

Great place! Clean, well stocked store! Very nice staff. Quick check out! Price were amazingly the same as big retail stores but quality was better. I would shop there again!

I called to ask a simple question if they had a specific vitamin item. First there was the robotic, bored, washed up marketing team written script from the lady that answered delivered, and then I was transfered to vitamins and the guy that answered the phone CLEARLY sounded irritated that I called to ask for a product. Most stores don't carry pet products any more, so I was just calling to check first.This was me giving NG a second chance, since I've always been rushed or just treated badly at this store. So no more. Gladly giving more business to Chewy.

This is our favorite store. Good prices and well vetted products. The staff is extremely helpful and the produce always looks great. Smaller store, so it's easier to get in and out quickly.
