Having problems with c pap mask . I stopped the orders via text message . I need a proper mask that is not going to leak. I have asked to return this machine and they are referring me to get a mask that works. I have been told to throw away masks that I have received. No communication two sleep studies with nask leaking through the night but still gave me cheapest mask. I want to return this machine this problem has been going on for two long. No problems solved. Just want my money for something that doesn't work as the face mask leaks all night.

Received some Resmed head gear in april and it is too small! Cannot seem to get a hold of anyone to return this item!! Lousey customer service! Waited on the phone for 35 minutes to talk to someone, went to voicemail IMMEDIATELY!!!!

My husband Alan, and I thought our Shipping Manager Joel was awesome. The ordering process was smooth, and easy to do. There was an issue with shipping, but Joel called us directly to get it taken care of. Our product got to us a few days after we ordered.
