They will not answer any phone calls. This is also a franchise store which means you’re part guarantee is only upheld by shops within the franchise. Aka if you are outside of Aurora, you’re part guaranty/warranty will not be honored.

Called this place to ask for a service they told me yes they do when I got to this location they told me they don’t do the service every day. Lie just to get customer to come me in the shop.

Ordered a brake kit listed as in stock and available in 30 minutes. Went by 90 minutes later to pick up, told it's in warehouse and I can return tomorrow. No apology or explanation, just a blank look. Screwed up my evening as it's too late now to go elsewhere. What a crock and insanely poor customer service!

Staff here are super cool. I asked them how much their hats were and they told me free. They had a black and gray camo hat that I grabbed. They had 3 different styles and told me I could have 1 of each. I just picked the 2.

Jaime was rude to a Hispanic woman, I was parking when I witnessed her going off on Hispanic woman.She yelled at Hispanic woman and asked if she could read? I guess the Hispanic woman was parked in a loading zone and was not aware of it. Jaime is a heavyset girl, and was very rude. She continued being belligerent to Hispanic woman. For me to hear herfrom my car window screming and treating someone so bad it left a bad taste for me .I ended up, going to Walmart instead for my car oil .I come to the store all the time and have never seen such rude behavior from an employee. I took offense to it as I am half Hispanic as well. She needs an attitude adjustment
