I have sold and purchased items here several times and am typically happy with everything. I go in knowing I’m not going to make top dollar for the items I’m selling and am genuinely happy to get any money back to put towards purchases for my 4 children. My kids like that they have different items than their friends which is what happens when you shop at big name retailers. My most recent experience was less than pleasant however. I messaged several times asking about items they were currently purchasing since their Facebook page hadn’t been updated in four months but never received any response. I didn’t want to bring everything in while wrangling my toddler if I didn’t have to. I finally went in and the lady at the front took maybe two minutes to look through 3 full bags (I was the only one in the store so it’s not that she had to hurry) and set aside 2 items. When I mentioned not having my efforts to contact them responded too I was simply told that responses are not done in their store and they don’t have anyone currently hired to respond to questions via the website/Facebook page or answer the phones and that I will have to physically come in to see what items their looking for. I will return as this is an efficient way to purchase clothing for my children however I hope they will spend a little more time actually looking at items brought in and will figure out the social media and communication sources.

As a seller... I came in here for my first time ever to see what I can get for some of my daughter's shoes. I took in 2 bags of shoes (mind you some of them still brand new with tags on them). While, I was there I was looking at baby clothes while the lady at the cash register (her name is Marissa) was checking out another lady. For whatever reason Marissa was doing a phone order and reading the lady's card number aloud over the phone. I was checking out the baby clothes (next to the register) and took a video of them to show my cousin how nice/cheap the baby clothes are because she is due in a month. As I got to the counter to give her my bags of shoes, she (Marissa) accuses me of recording her while giving the other customers card number over the phone. I was so caught off guard. I absolutely was NOT listening in while she was reading off the card number. The fact that she even assumed that is outrageous!! I came back to pick up my shoes and she didn't purchase a single pair of shoes and didn't give me a reason as to why not. The shoes are great shape and like I said some of them completely brand new. I had new sandals in there and you would think she would take them as summer is around the corner. Definitely, NEVER coming here again!

Never accepts anything anymore because they’re full. You can’t call and ask beforehand because the woman who answers just tells you to bring everything. Waste of gas.

This place is awesome. They have everything your baby or kid could need. They take everything baby all the way up to junior sizes.

Go to a better kid resale store. Not ever greeted, person was rude at checkout. The selection is very bare.

As a consigner this place has been terrible. I’ve tried three times and will not be back. The pricing is too low, and on top of that the associates were rude and unprofessional. Once the register was closed an hour earlier than the posted closing time, and I was given a gift card of $25 for 30 items (?!!) instead of the cash that I requested. The last time I went in they did not take a single item of about 50 pieces I brought in, commenting something about in between sizing that didn’t make sense (I feel like this was a stock response instead of just saying we have too much inventory or something like that.) I had brought in a bunch of really cute clothes for different sizes including some really nice pieces that were hand made that I’m sure another consignment store will sell. I’m really frustrated with this store, if you’re thinking about selling here I really recommend trying other places first.

I’ve been selling and shopping here for years, but today ended that. I had a balance on a gift card from selling with them before, and when the associate tried to load my new balance she told me she accidentally cleared the card balance. She called the owner who stated that my card had a zero balance, which I know is false. This is actually theft and I am so upset, I left my card and will never be back. Completely unacceptable service for anyone, but especially for a regular seller and buyer. Stay away if you have other options.

They Seem to need a better rotation or better prices, I've been in here a couple of times and have seen some of the same clothes/shoes sitting there from weeks/months before. A lot of the quality of the clothes is also similar to your local thrift store just higher prices.

Never again I will bring them any clothes. Horrible customer service. They don’t know themselves what they take and what they don’t. Brand new clothes and various sizes and nothing taken. Waste of time !

I was hesitant to leave a review because I sure do want to avoid the competition of finding awesome things here for my kids, but this store has definitely earned the review! I've shopped here at least 5 times, if not 10. Every time I've been in the attendant was so friendly and helpful. We find great clothes for fantastic prices. I bought my kids entire back to school wardrobe here. And it was a very nice wardrobe, Under Armor, Nike, Champion, all in amazing condition for about $5-7 each. Less than a quarter of what I've paid at sports stores for the same thing. These clothes look great! I've had to make a return before because one item had a subtle stain I didn't see while I was in the store, and another was just too big for my kiddo (he wasn't with me when I went shopping). The return process was easy: return with the receipt and tags within 7 days, and you get store credit. I'm telling you if you aren't at least browsing this store from time to time for you little kids' clothes, toys, and shoes you're missing out on some fantastic deals! Kids grow through clothes so quickly sometimes. Why continue to buy brand new clothes all the time, contributing to environmental concerns, and buying from foreign made markets, when you can buy local right here?? Think of the positive local impact that has in so many ways. The two vests pictured below were purchased today, and the total after tax was $14.

It is so irritating at Southland's Mall and particularly this store when you have little kids and they need to go to the bathroom and they send you down the street to use the public bathroom. My little one didn't make it and had an accident. She was so embarrassed. I was hoping a children's store would be more understanding.

Disappointed…I brought in over 50 gently used and brand new name brand clothing items from preemie to 18 months and they only purchased 2 brand new outfits (tags on) and 2 pairs of shoes for less than $5.50 total!! That is less than I paid in gas just getting there. Maybe if they were friendlier it would soften the blow…wasted my time and money.

Unfair billing . Always Check your price tag and amount on your bill .. They are billing more than what is on the tag ..When I contacted the store , they couldn't fix their errors about billing. I tried to fix it but in vain. Its my favorite store all time and I like their concept , but I couldn't accept the services I received.

I love buying used clothes and the prices here are not bad. However, three out of the five outfits i purchased were ruined because they were tagged incorrectly and now have a hole. If you buy from here take extra time to insure the tag is on the seam.

Hard to understand what they choose to take. Looking around the store they had a lot of not so nice items, but didn’t make offers on the items we took in. I know everyone thinks their own stuff is nicer, but we took in two new pair of Adidas waterproof hiking boots that were given to us as a gift. They were brand new, never worn, this year’s style, 85.00 new. No offer, no explanation. I looked at the shoes on the shelves. Most looked obviously worn. Found a pair my daughter has from Walmart (priced the same as new). Hmmmm…
