I have used your company for 2 years and am so happy with your service. Paulina is absolutely amazing. She's always friendly and does a wonderful job. The other ladies that have been here with her were very good. Paulina is the best! Molly Maids is a great service and a great value! Highly recommended.

Dunia and Jenny cleaned our house yesterday and they did a fantastic job! It was a first time cleaning and we are so pleased with the outcome. Worth every penny. Besides being incredibly thorough, they left nice touches like folding our towels into fans! Highly recommend - we will continue using MM.

Four girls showed up 2 from Team #58 and then Dunia & Anabeli from different teams. These girls worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with their work.

Highly recommend Molly maid! Jennifer and Lidy came for my house deep clean today and they did an absolutely amazing job!!! It was not an easy job with 3 dogs in my house. They got my house sparkling clean and didn't mind my fur babies being here, they were also very kind and sweet. I will be doing regular cleaning with them as well!!Update: Still highly recommend Molly maid! I have been having regular cleaning and talk members Lili and Rosa are amazing!!

CROOKS! Premium price for average service. Was given an estimate for an initial cleaning and was told to my face the job should not take longer than 3 hours, but I was charged for almost 6 hours, almost $800 in total. It took two people over 6 hours to clean my house which is less than 1800sf. The house was basically clean already as I had a previous monthly cleaning service, up until the CROOKS came to clean. They took advantage of the 6 hours on the estimate, written in big and bold - I should have noticed - internal code for charge this person the max! They milked the clock to treat themselves to the maximum hours on the estimate. They stored their food in my fridge, used my microwave, took lunch breaks, had a manager meeting in my residence, left their shoes behind and still didn't do a 100% clean. But I was charged for all of it. This business is not honest, and they charge the highest rates for average service all while taking advantage of the customer because 6 hours was written on the estimate. I do not recommend Molly Maid. They are not straight shooters, and they are not fair and reasonable. I am not the only one leaving a review about exorbitant pricing and not finishing the job, it’s how they operate, take advantage of the customer on the initial clean and then tell you it was on the estimate. They tell you one thing to your face so they can get in the door and then they take advantage of you by charging you the maximum. It’s a racket for sure! $800 for a cleaning that is not even 100%, ridiculous! I called and complained, and they offered me a one-hour reduction in price. I do not recommend Molly Maid unless you want to be taken advantage of, paying a premium price for an average service.***response***No point of contention, just facts. My house was not a train wreck and your crews milked the clock to maximize the hours on the estimate instead of just getting it done. They missed the pantry door, the kitchen sink, pretty sure the main kitchen counter was missed, they did not get all the base boards, no trash bags in trash cans and now I have a broken picture frame in my spare bedroom. Premium pricing for maybe average service. Nobody asked permission to store their stuff in my fridge, I was informed after the fact and by that time I let them utilize the kitchen because they would have anyway. Yes, you offered to come back, but why would I invite CROOKS back into my home? You overcharged me and didn't even get the job done. You got what you wanted from me by taking advantage of the estimate. Fool me once...

I want to compliment Molly Maid of Aurora and SE Denver on the great job they’re doing to keep my parents house clean and tidy. They have the best team in Moises and Digna, route 4! The first time they came my mom explained how she wanted everything and from then on when they came they just get right to it and everything is the way she likes it! They are always pleasant and professional and do a great job! Molly Maid is well worth the reasonable cost to keeping things looking good!Thanks very much!,

Marina and Cecilia are super hard workers who do a great job with our busy (two small kids [one with a significant disability], one large puppy) house. Marina is always kind to our kids, too. They do a great job doing really hard work!

We are very happy we have Molly Maids of Aurora & SE Denver (Marina and Cecilia) to help us keep our home clean on a monthly basis. They do a very professional job and when they leave the house not only looks wonderful but also smells clean and fresh.
