Rook has always been great to me and my family I been following took since 2002 and has never disappointed me or my family in any work I would recommend anyone here rook always goes beyond for his customers and makes sure he backs up his words for warranty

Ask for Rookie to help you with your window tint I am not sure if he still does speaker systems and remote start for cars. He is a direct, straight to the point kind of person so make sure you go in knowing what you need. Also has a Wish* locker to pick up orders. Shirt printing, hat printing, my mom takes orders and helps with the locker. Its a small kind of shop but you are welcomed to wait for your vehicle.

Read the reviews prior to getting windows tinted, but had stopped through the shop as well. Ricky was very professional in person, and decided to have him re-tint my vehicle. I am nothing less than impressed with the work, will recommend him to all, and take all my business to him in the future. My advice: if they seem distant or rude on the phone, go see him in person. Maybe not the most personable on the phone, but great guy and great business.

I ordered online and soon as I placed the order I get an email talking about there's going to be extra charges for something that was already paid for now he won't respond so I will be filing a complaint with the bank and getting my money back

Rookie hooked up my brand new GTI and really completed my new car experience. His communication is great, I knew what was going on every step of the process from initial contact until completion. Incredible timeliness, I was quoted a time and it was performed in that time. Price was one of the best in the state and the quality of work is top notch (lifetime warranty to boot). The added bonus of having the opportunity to support black owned business and keep the dollar circulating in the community. I will recommend Rookie and his shop at every opportunity I can. I appreciate you sir!
