So I am giving two stars because the guy there possibly the manager was nice and gave me a good deal on my phone. But the females in the front didn't speak very good English so alot of things weren't asked and or explained to me. But the reason for the low rating is because one of the girls there took a picture of the screen with her personal phone which is a red flag. I had asked the guy that was there if there was a reason someone would take a picture and he was like they have to take a picture of the pass code sometimes. So my question didn't really get answered. Another reason for my low rating is because I left and my phone wasn't working, I had to go back so they could put in a new Sim Card and I asked then why my old phone was still on and the guy said it takes some time but that he was going to ask if I wanted to keep it on until the next payment date. I said no just turn it off. He asked for the 8 digit password and said okay all done. So I left. When I got home hours later my other phone was still on. I went to check the My Metro to see what was going on and that's when I found out my pass code was changed on that phone. And once I figured out the password I saw that my phone was still on with the second line and was being used as a tablet. I didn't sign up for anything else. I was just trying to upgrade my phone. And I feel like they should of asked me the first time I was in the store if I wanted to keep that phone on but they didn't. So I think the picture that the lady may have takin was the new password for her sake. Or my personal info. I just don't like the shady practices. I do appreciate the deal for my phone and bundle. But I don't think I'll be back in that store unless I really have to go there.

The 2 Hispanic girls working at the Chambers and Colfax store are very rude and not at all helpful. They're are probably not helpful because they are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing

Horrible customer service. Do not recommend going to this store because they sell their demo models as new and once you call them out on it they ignore you.

I have been here 3 times. No one at this location speaks English, that is issue itself, you can't give good customer service if you can't be understood. This last time my mother replaced her phone, paid full price. They added a service she didn't ask for and without her consent. Her phone was turned off, which prompted another visit to this location. Avoid this location till staffing is properly trained. At the very least, ask for an invoice with a breakdown of what they did.

Was promised service in Mexico for the 10days I was there. We even paid an extra five dollars for the ability to make calls to Mexican numbers. Nothing worked while there. Left high and dry while on vacation. Came to this location to talk to someone and replace the phone that was also stolen in Mexico. The woman working here who claimed to be the manager laughed when I asked for the refund of the five dollars. She said it wasn't possible because "it should have worked down there" but offered five dollars out of her pocket if it was such a big deal. It's been the same crappy customer service at several locations. This one just happened to be the worst.Who are theses people you hire? To the corporate people at Metro, these employees get paid whether you have a million customers or a hundred. They obviously don't care. Is not making a small concession worth losing a customer who pays on a monthly basis? Do the math, it's not that hard. This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. Metro PCS is trash. I'll be looking for a new service provider this weekend. Bravo

Metro is giving out some of the best phones ever given out when you switch! There are also big discounts for new activations and upgrades now!!! Everyone should head in and see what they have to offer, you have nothing to lose!!!
