Very disappointed with this store and with Metro PCS....I was take advantage of and give a computer print out recipe that said I paid $45.not once but twice for a REVVL6 PRO 5G TWO-LAYER DEFENSE + KICKSTAND 13 FT DROP PROTECTION CASE AND CHARGE 45. FOR THE GLASS PROTECTOR THIS IS SAD AND UNFORGIVEABLE BECAUSE I LOVE MY CELL PHONE THROW I pay my bill faithful every month and to be done like this because of some extra money you thought I had I went in for a cell for work what I got was merged lines on personal account paid 180.00 for service that was to case me $39.99 and free new cell ...no no no I am not happy about this at all and now I have gone 4 time to resolve this issue no no mbith cell are off now nov.30. not even two full weeks and more issues wow

The young man who attended to me and helped me with my problem when changing my cell phone was very patient and attentive with my problems and answered all my questions. David gave a good image to the representatives and sellers of metro for T-Mobile, very satisfied

"Call 611, you have to go to Apple, even though we've made a big deal of merging you're still on Sprint's network, so you'll have to go to a corporate store or call 611". There you go, saved you a trip if you're having an issue with your bill or device. Those are the answers you'll get. I try to go in there as little as possible, but sometimes it's necessary. Every time, same deal. Give them my ph#, employee eye roll because I'm "on Sprint" and now they, inconveniently, have to use a different computer. The individual that "helped" me today(this is after he instructed that I should call 611, so I stayed in the store for 45 minutes, getting my bill straightened out) looked at the issue with my month old device and told me "well, it works. It's just part of it's not working right, but it works". Great, so most of it works and you can't do a warranty exchange for one that fully works because I'm on Sprint... unless I go to a corporate store or call 611. To be fair, I did call 611 again, put it on speaker and put the phone in front of him. He seemed willing to deal with doing his job, but after 10+ minutes of being on hold trying to get to tech support, I decided enough was enough. That's it, all I've ever heard in there; call 611, that's an Apple issue or you need to go to a corporate store even though we sold it to you here.

Have to give this location a 5 star not only were the employees upbeat and helpful they were professional and the store itself made me feel comfortable it was clean ... Plenty of hand sanatizer and safe.. Actually one of the better locations that i have been to. Sorry dude can't remember your name but you are an awesome salesman and I love my new phone and the hotspot.
