I would give zero stars if possible and I don't even do Google reviews. Price gouging. Every 2-3 months the price goes up with price being almost $100 more per month from the time I moved in. Not to mention they auto deducted my card somehow without me saving a card on file or giving them permission to do so when I needed to use a different credit card. They have a female staff member that is super rude

This place has gotten better with their new staff. Treena is so awesome she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything n made me feel better about being there. Caitlin was pretty amazing also. I love those girls!

As of this review they seem to be twice the cost as other similar or same type drive up storage units. So I rented elsewhere.

I appreciate the manager on duty, he is vary personable, and A good guy ,approachable and easy to have good conversation with , I enjoyed getting to talk with him , he’s very inviting, he is the reason I chose chambers self storage I feel my locker is in good hands, hope this continues with new management.

Great management friendly, very clean. I have had two units for about 3 years with no problems. My husband Michael received a veteran discount which helped a lot. Great place to store your stuff!

As a Veteran I want to support a Veteran run business. I am currently reevaluating my continued support of this business. I have had a storage unit for many years and was happy with the value and price of Chambers self storage. As of August 1st my monthly fee will increase by $40, a 30% increase. I understand a $10-15 increase to compete in the market, but this new increase is $25-30 higher then other facilities in the area. I am seriously considering of emptying my unit and moving to another facility.
