*****BEST CARWASH****
I am very picky on how I like my car to look, so when I don't want to do it myself, this is where I bring it!
The guy that you 1st see when paying is awesome, he knows im very picky with my wheels, so he makes sure my car is takin care of and the staff that finishes the car, do a great job as well, they all work hard! There is a lady who is the finally inspector and if it passes she calls for the owner, if it doesn't seems like they fix it till it's right, then she'll call for the owner, which I like that part. I have taken my car to other types of car washes like this and that doesn't happen and I often find myself complaining about the job they di, but when I leave from here!

For reference, my baseline would be any of the express fully automatic carwashes which earn a solid 1 star. This wash is a step up being touchless for the automatic part then manual/hands-on for the rest. The end result is definitely better than auto washes and less paint damage but it still wasn't great.
I did the wash that was about $70 and they did the inside and out. There were many missed spots all around. The entire back window was skipped over. I also very much dislike the oily/greasy looking product they use on vinyl/plastic. Not only that, but it was applied sloppily which made it look that much worse as there were long lines of non-greasy surface that stood out next to the greased up parts. My interior dash looked all oily and splotchy and gave a gross appearance.
For reference, my 5-star bar is to hand wash and detail myself. I've been doing this since I was a little kid to earn some extra money. I've learned a lot about proper technique and good products over the last 20 years of doing my own detailing. But, my shoulders are bad these days and I have less time. Id normally spend a good half a day to do a full detail and wax on my vehicle. I think ultimately to reach this standard it would require a specialty detailing shop and probably a thousand bucks, so I am probably never going to be satisfied with any regular car wash. Id recommend this car wash it you just want a "better than nothing" wash.

While I don't prefer the product you use for the conditioner, my main issue is with how sloppily it was applied. It looked very rushed.
I appreciate the sentiment behind the guarantee but a lot of these misses were so big (like the entire back window) it just shows a general carelessness. I should be able to go relax inside the building rather than be supervisor. The roof was not wiped down. The edges all along the bottom of the truck were missed. My vehicle was already pulled forward and other customer's moved up. I didn't want to make a deal out of it. I just went home and spent another 30 mins touching up the job.
Here is my simple feedback: More than anything at the $70 price-point I just want a really good exterior wash. You don't even need to clean the inside. If all you did was shampoo the exterior and do an extremely good job hitting all the details... That'd be worth $70 to me more than using 5 products inside & out and rushing through the whole thing.

I took my son’s car there which had food and everything else inside the car because of his 3 kids you can only imagine how bad it looked. This place cleaned it all up. The car looks great. Highly recommended. We will always go there.

I was so disappointed! I’ve been to this location previously but things have definitely changed for the worst. I keep my car fairly clean so doing a nice interior clean shouldn’t have been an issue, but there were so many misses…my leather seats and entire floorboard still had loose debris in the seams and around pedals indicating a very poor vacuum job. The leather, dash were carelessly wiped down leaving several untouched areas. Cupholders weren’t even touched. Side door panels were not wiped down. Even after pointing the issues out to them they appeared put out to make it right. Even after the 2nd attempt they missed half of what I showed them. Spending nearly $60 for a very mediocre clean…shame on them. I will not be back and would not recommend this location! Save your money and disappointment.

I came in for a quick wash and ended up getting a full service detailing that went above and beyond my expectations for $36. I ended up tipping $24 across all the staff that made my car spotless inside and out.
They even found and held onto my headphones case that I forgot in the lobby ?

Proper hand wash. The only automation you’ll find is some water/soap sprayers and a dryer, everything else the team does by hand. They also attack the dirt with hand held sprayers first to loosen and remove the bulk of the dirt. If you want a quality wash and understand that comes at a corresponding price, D Hand is the place to go. If you want a cheap $8 wash that leaves your paint with swirl marks, go somewhere else.

$120 for a pretty full clean. Its not top notch, but they do a pretty good job. I camp/offroad a lot - this is where I go for a “detail”. My kids spilled sun screen on the floor mats in the photo - that doesnt come out ?. Overall, I think they do a decent job. I keep coming back.

I have been coming here for years and the management and crews are very welcoming. The ownership is always willing to make sure customers are happy and will do what they need to in order to do so. I highly recommend the family owned car wash.
