When I went there many years ago the therapist just rubbed my body and didn't massage me. When I tried to complain I was shot down. Glad to see none of those people are there anymore. Can't afford to live in Colorado on reception and massage pay especially with how terrible they are.

Not a wide variety of available therapists, rarely answered phone, and corporate monopolizes available sessions for new clients only or regular bookings are month's in between. Ditch the ME membership and go with a mobile massage company instead- lots of services and options available.

I have been a member since 2009. I did not cancel during the pandemic and have been patient as they worked through staffing issues- I pay every month and I cannot get a massage apt unless I schedule months out/ the website is not great and now I can’t get anyone on the phone. I guess I need to cancel my subscription but I will loose about 40 massages I’ve already paid for. They don’t have the staff to sustain their subscription service . So frustrating

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Aurora Southwest is my “home location” but I live in a different state now. I have been trying to cancel my membership for about a month to no avail. The Aurora Southwest location almost never answers their phone, and I can’t get them to email me the cancellation form like they said they would. It can only come from the manager, and the manager never seems to be there if I finally do get a hold of them. I’ve complained to corporate to see if they can help, but they said only the specific location where I signed up can process the cancellation. I am beyond frustrated, and refuse to let them take any more of my money if the cancellation is not processed by the time my next payment hits my credit card. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Someone answer the phone and send me the cancellation form already!

Finally gave up on getting appointment online. Kept getting an error & told to call a phone # that turned out to be the location's #. Left several messages with no return calls. Went down to make appointment in person. I went on Fri 2/3 & got a Tue 2/7 apt at 4:00. Showed up for my apt to discover they had canceled my apt. 1st person said it was canceled on Monday & the 2nd person said it was canceled 3 minutes after it was scheduled. Left with phone # for corp office. I want the $ my husband paid for the gift card.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a client whose been a member for 2 years , paid for 13 visits this year that I haven't used, tried to cancel my membership September 15, before my renewal date on September 17th, was told the only person who could do this what out of the office for the next 3 days , [ which anyone can make your account, but can't close your account? ] was sent messages stating my account is in arrears won't be closing until my account is current?!BS. Contacted corporate, after receiving another message saying they are sending me to collections

IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO STAR - I WOULD!!! I have called and left no less than 5 messages because the charges on my credit card are incorrect - NO CALL BACK FROM ANY MESSAGE.. I have at least 30 credits to my account, I can't get appointments with a massage therapist because so many have quit this horrible place !! Because I have so many credits, I put my account on suspend plus which means I get charged $20.00 per month to keep my account active. In March the charge to my credit card was $20.00 - (correct amount) In April the charge to my credit card went to $30.00 (incorrect amount, increase without notice) In May and June the charge went to $70.00 - (incorrect amount no call no notice) Horrible customer service, can't get an appointment, can't get a call back from ANYONE.... WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM PROGRAM !!! ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ?

DO NOT SIGN YOUR MASSAGE ENVY CONTRACT AT CORNERSTAR LOCATION - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Looking at the other rewieves I realized that I am not alone. I am trying to cancel my ME membership at Corterstar location and getting run around for 6 WEEKS. The ME cancelation form clearly states that it should be processed within 10 days... Well, 6 WEEKS later I am still trying to cancel my membership. By the way I can't email ME due their mail box being conveniently full. I even tried to contact corporate office and got reply that I should contact Cornerstar location. I am wondering if I need a lawyer assistance to cancel Cornerstar ME membership.

I would strongly recommend against going here. We have had a few massage memberships and this one is definitely the worst. Several months ago, we decided to cancel our membership as it no longer fit our needs. We jumped through an inordinate amount of hoops to get the membership canceled to no avail. We were given the runaround about having to speak to the manager, the manager needed to submit our cancellation paperwork, and after receiving several unauthorized charges on our credit card, I was assured that they would remove our credit card information and the membership would be canceled. Earlier today we received TWO additional unauthorized charges and at this point I'm not sure if someone has our credit card information and is randomly charging us or if the management is just unbelievably inept. Every time I have called to talk to the manager, she is never there and never returns messages and notes left for her. If it were at all possible to give less than one star I definitely would just for the way this location is run and the complete disregard for customer service. It is especially unfortunate because they have some good massage therapists and estheticians here but their expertise isn't enough to overshadow the numerous unauthorized charges despite cancelling. This place is a scam.

The bussiness operations of this facility are unethical and pose a risk to those whom do bussiness here. Account information is openly discussed with no regard for legal accountability. This in conjunction with the lack luster bissiness practices is an in progress disaster that is orchestrated by the unprofesional manager and her lacky staff. Her inability to correctly operate the facility is both unexcusable and pathetic. No one credible should ever do bussiness with this establishment.
