I am so disappointed with this location of My Eye Dr. I don't know if it is an issue with all My Eye Dr. locations, but listen to this experience. I had a good experience with Dr. Maybury in early December. I ordered my lenses (I wanted lenses to fit an existing frame) and booked appointments for my kiddos for the following week. My son got his glasses just fine, within the two week window they told us to expect them. My glasses were very delayed, even though they had me go back to the store two times to measure my lenses (even though they also measured during my original appointment). My lenses were so delayed, and when the lenses finally arrived in mid-January, they hadn't been cut. Frustrated, I demanded they give me my prescription and refund my money, went to Costco and ordered my glasses there. (Costco said one week and they were delivered in one week--imagine that!) My poor daughter has been getting headaches and seeing blurry, which is why we went to the eye doctor in the first place. It is now February, and THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN US HER GLASSES. First they blamed a technician who walked out one day. But they only let me know this was an issue four weeks after our visits. Then they said they would put in a new order for my daughter and put a rush on it and that they would surely be here by last Wednesday. I gave them three extra days, called today (Saturday), and was told they don't know where they are. I finally demanded a full refund for my daughter's glasses today as well as the prescription and will be taking her to Costco too. Ugh. As an aside, when I was there, the tech that quit seemed the only one who knew anything and had to help the woman who was supposed to be helping me. I think all the knowledge in this business walked out with him. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
