Sent email to cancel policy, received email stating canceled from this agent. Last payment was for whole month but policy was cancelled after 10 days. Instead of refund I get another bill. Shady lying practices in this office.

First off Mario helped me setup my policy here and overcharged me because my information wasn't entered in right and I didn't even get my money back from overpaying. After that I never heard from him again I only have had the displeasure of dealing with his staff Alexsander told me I would have no deductible on a claim that it was comprehensive but filed it under collision anyway after lying to me so they wouldn't have to pay for the damage someone else did to my car. I hate this Agents practices and I recommend anyone and everyone GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE MONEY AND HEADACHE!!

I've been a customer for several years. Worst customer service ever. Astrid should probably move on to another career that doesn't involve customer interaction. Everything was fine until a little over a year ago. They don't know how to make changes to your policy without screwing you over. Mistakes that cost several hundred dollars. I'm not talking one mistake. I mean at least three or four over the last year. Instead of owning it, they act like having your business isn't necessary. So, now they don't. It's crazy how they treat their customers that haven't even had one claim in the entire time they've worked with them. I would probably go with a different Allstate office if I were you, like I did. I have a recommendation if you need one.

Mediocre customer service but please be aware of the third party usage of your data if you are enrolled in DriveWise. As stated in their terms and conditions: "Program data will be disclosed to third parties as required by law or regulation. Data from the Device may be deemed discoverable by third parties and used in an accident investigation and/or litigation. Allstate and or the Program participant may be legally required to provide the data to others and /or their legal counsel, and you should not expect to retain data privacy or confidentiality."
This is the exact opposite of what the reps will tell you, so please be aware of your RIGHTS. THEY WILL use your data for litigation if it comes down to it. Do not allow corporations to use you as cannon fodder. Otherwise, great branch.

Horrible customer service. Mario was very rude once we asked for a break down of our charges. Which we still haven't received. Hasn't shown proof that our policy mysteriously changed where which he said we signed off on. Bad business and customer service.
