I called and asked if they knew how to braid my hair in the style I wanted. They lady who answered the phone said yes and told me to come in at 8 in the morning. When I get there no one was there and it’s in front of a bus stop on colfax not the best place to just be standing out there waiting. I called and the lady said she would call the lady that was supposed to be there. That lady didn’t get there until 9am. When I finally get in there the whole place is dirty and smells bad and there is a couch that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. She told me to sit in the chair I didn’t really want to because of how dirty the place was. She then gets on the phone with someone and asked me if someone gave me the price on the style I wanted I said No. she then told me it would be almost 400 dollars. That when I left, because that should have been told to me over the phone. Also, that place is too dirty to be charging that much for no one to even consider hiring a clean up crew. I will not be going back

Sadly, the shop is incredibly filthy. They do not practice sanitary habits, and they use the same comb on each customer's without cleaning them. When I realized what was going on, it was too late, my scalp has been itching ever since. They should be reported to the state board.

Worst service ever! Very rude ! Place is DIRTY ! Water leaking from ceiling. Left with hair not did because she tried to overcharge me multiple times . Was told I needed to leave my purse on counter before going to ATM next door to pay for the take down service

They did a great job getting my daughter in last minute.However, My daughters hair was braided super tight. … to the point where a whole braid came out along with her hair about a week later. If it was not braided so tightly, we would have potentially came back. Not anymore.The shop could be a little more clean.. I seen roaches crawling around. Thankfully I did not sit on their couch.Service: Braids

Did not have a good experience. The place is a mess when you walk in and not a professional salon. I also let them know I did not want them to braid my hair tightly multiple times, but they still braided it very tight and my head hurts now. They also aren’t the nicest either… It took them so long to finish my hair and when it was finished, the ends were a mess. My natural hair was sticking out and everything. Do not recommend.

I was very detailed about what I wanted done to my head even sent a picture, my hair has not been up for more than a couple days and the braids are already starting to come out I paid a lot of money for something that won’t even stay up 240 for passion twist that don’t even look like passion twist I was there all day and specifically stated that I did not want my parts to be small and they came out small anyways I would not recommend anyone to go to herServices: Hair extensions

Overall it was a good experience I got there around 10:30, and one lady started about 20 minutes later I got there really early lol. The braids were nice how I wanted them, but only lasted me 3 weeks for $160.

This place is dirty first off they don’t wash they hands after customers and they use hand Sanitizer to clean combs instead of having the proper sanitation I literally came at 4 30 sonya did my hair charged 200 and my hair looks nothing like the picture 3 of my braids fell out it looks terrible and when I called they said they would put the 3 braids in when I should have my money back do not go here the health department should shut them down Fr take my advice my hair is atrocious and it took her 7 hours better listen to me

First of all, the place is way too dirty, hair on the floor, bugs around, and of course stinky. Mariam is so rude and has attitude, she lack customer service skills. Definitely the worse store to buy hair extensions, she literally has twice the price of every other hair extensions store. I drove all the way from Colorado Springs to just buy hair since I’ve been buy hair from her for more than 6yrs and yet every time I come I find the place so dirty that I can’t even walk. I would send a letter to the government to have this place checked because I don’t know how on earth they got the license to keep this place open.Service: Braids
