Rude store associate. I had to leave town unexpectedly due to a family emergency, and when I got back, I tried to make a return. It was a few days outside of the window (which I wasn't aware of until that point that the window went from 90 days to 30 days) and instead of telling me "sorry we can't take that back" (which would have been totally okay), I was told "you should have thought about it before you left town" in snarky condescending tone of voice. I'm not shopping here again.

I was visiting my son in Colorado Springs and he took us to the mall and passed by Macy's . The lady at the jewelry section was very nice and helpful. Overall I love shopping at Macy's but love more when I find excellent customer service.

After having my wife's credit card number stolen and used to the tune of $1400 I have had enough. Three phone calls to customer service , cards cancelled and reissued and receiving assurances the matter is being resolved she received a call from collections about the overdue balance. That was the last straw. My wife is an avid online shopper this occurred while shopping in Aurora CO Macy's. There is a massive process failure which puts my identity at risk. It is time to get punitive.

4th time coming here since it’s the closest one to me and every time, there’s no one there! Have walked around the mall hoping someone would come back and still.. nothing. I’m not sure why you would run an establishment that has no employees on a consistent basis!

The customer service at this Mac location is completely awful. I went here twice to schedule a trial/appointment for my WEDDING DAY (which is a month away) and was told that they could not guarantee adequate staff for (3) clients. They also couldn't guarantee that the mua's would be able to dedicate their time to us, or complete the make-up in a timely manner; there was a high possibility that we could be there upwards of (2) + hours. Their main priority is selling cosmetics-that's it. No wonder this place has such a bad reputation. It's unfortunate that ZERO stars isn't an option.

The MAC counter located in Macy's at the Town Center at Aurora is the WORST. The manager "AK" is rude, not customer-oriented, and does not set a good example for the other employees whatsoever. The turnover rate is high and it is not difficult to see why. Most of the talented artists that used to work there have moved on to bigger and better things, as they should!

The MAC counter located in Macy's at the Town Center at Aurora is the WORST. The manager "AK" is rude, not customer-oriented, and does not set a good example for the other employees whatsoever. The turnover rate is high and it is not difficult to see why. Most of the talented artists that used to work there have moved on to bigger and better things, as they should!

I went to this store in a huge hurry and needing some TLC. Brenda was FANTASTIC. She literally was patient and very knowledgeable about the products I was about to purchase. She helped me not only achieve the look I was going for, but aiding in my overall confidence in my own abilities. Did I mention I went while she was the only employee working for the moment? Even when faced with difficult customers and taxing situations, Brenda was extremely composed and professorial. She is more than just a great asset to this location, she is a true makeup enthusiast who exudes passion and creativity at all costs. Her contagious personality makes anyone who comes to this store just as excited about makeup/skincare as she is. I highly recommend this artist. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
