They sold me a f 150 that was a complet lemon. The second time we drove it it had a ticking noie and a major issue that had to be fixed for thousands of dollars. I don't know how they covered it up when i did the test drive. It has broken down every three months roughly and i have spent a couple thousand dollars each time it brakes down. It just broke down for the 5 th time this year and now i can't get even 8k for the truck which i paid 20k for just a year ago.

I didn’t know that getting a new car could be so swift and simple, thanks to Rami and Maaliki Motors! A friend of mine was going to look at a truck and I decided to ask if they could appraise my vehicle for a possible trade-in. Within a couple of hours, I was driving off in a beautiful Bronze Volvo and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. It was the Energy Exchange I needed! I don’t even know where to start but to date the worst car buying experience yet.
Took 3 weeks of back and forth to get a key they said was ordered time of vehicle purchase, that never was. 2 locks smiths showed up asking who’s paying for it.. lots of back and forth to get the what I was sold on…
Vehicle stated 33k miles but I am having a hard time believing that miles were not turned back.
Less then 3k miles and steering rack and pinion needs replaced. $1200
Cylinder 5 glow plug and module needs to be replaced. This is my 5th diesel vehicle and my first used car purchase since 2012 will never buy a used car again in my life after this nightmare…
I would get any vehicle double inspected prior to driving it off this lot.

I regret buying my car from this dealership. I paid in full last year, thinking I was getting a reliable vehicle. They said everything was fine with the car at first, but just one year later, the engine has failed, leaving me stranded and facing a costly replacement. I took it to a Toyota dealer for assessment, and they confirmed my worst fears: the engine is done and needs to be replaced. With no car and no money to fix it, I'm left feeling frustrated and betrayed. I was assured everything was in good condition, but clearly, that wasn't the case. I warn others: do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I recently sold my old Toyota 4R to Maaliki Motors and it was the easiest process from start to finish. Rami answered all my questions, and the entire team was very helpful and friendly.
Rami provided great customer service after the sell when I had more questions about coming in for another vehicle.

How refreshing to find a dealership who does honest, straight forward, friendly business. Rami and Wally were so helpful & diligent in finding exactly what I was looking for. No pressure sales, helping suggest better options, and open to show me all the reports I left purchasing a better version of the car I wanted than I initially came in asking for. I’ve purchased directly from big brand dealerships, echo park, & private owned businesses. It’s been by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. A definite recommend!

Shana at Maaliki Motors is the BEST in the business. She is so helpful, so kind, and personable. This is my second car purchase with Shana and I refuse to ever use anyone else! If I could rate 10 stars I would! Plus, everyone at Maaliki Motors was extremely friendly and inviting.
