Location appeared well equipped on the inside.Poor experience when I went down to join. I felt shamed for wanting to join without already being in good shape. Seemed like it was only welcoming to people with experience and muscle.

Lowry Crossfit is a great community. Christian is very knowledgeable and motivating in addition to being an all around good guy. The group that goes there really has a fun time and most members are very personable and friendly. Christian has built a great business of helping people to improve their lives.

Beautiful facility with everything you could ask for! Front desk is extremely friendly, brand new equipment, perfect hours, and trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this to everyone!

This place does not care about the safety of our community. They have been having secret sessions with over 10 people coming and going. I've seen this a few times.

I have visited many different studios; the product is consistently terrific. Great workout in one hour. You set your own challenge; coaches are very motivating.

Before I came to this CrossFit gym I was just another Meathead that bashed CrossFit for haphazard programming and incomprehensible movement pattern sequencing... however, after a friend talked me into giving it a shot, I realized not all CrossFits are the same. Christian, the owner, runs his gym and programming with a focus on truly functional fitness (read as longevity focused). He takes the time to help people on their own fitness level, from learning how to move through a sequence with a nearly weightless dowel for a basic exercise movement like a back squat or deadlift, to being right by your side giving you the modalities queues you need to PR a very technical lift like a the infamous Olympic Squat Snatch. The location is easy to get to as well as kid and dog friendly. The community ranges from you everyday desk jockey (like myself), to some very impressive and competitive athletes. However despite the range of capabilities, everyone treats everyone else with respect and encourages the last person finish the workout just as hard as they celebrate the first. I mocked CrossFit before coming here, and from time to time I stop enjoy a joke at my own and the brand's expense, but I really see this gym as a gem and look forward to continuing my fitness endeavors here.

This Gym is amazing. For anyone in the area I would highly recommend. It is a great community and it has great ownership. Really sad when I moved away from the area.

I was visiting family in Aurora this week and needed a place to drop in and lift. Christian was super helpful and responsive in getting me set up before I arrived. Then, when I got in, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Rob were all really accommodating, kind, and helpful on the three days I came by to lift. Y'all made a great trip to CO even better! Happy New Year, and I hope to see you again the next time i'm in town!!

Absolutely loved this box. Dropped in while staying in Stapleton for work. The people were great and I would def make this a stop in if you're in the area or your home box if your local. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in town!
