Had ordered a shower online with a delivery date for today- the 20th of December. Found out this morning that it was in a warehouse in Canada and wouldn’t be here until after Christmas at least. I called the store to cancel and spoke with Holley, who beings she’s new, incorporated the help ofAnnabelle and Karen. They canceled my order in such a pleasant manner, and offered assistance to find something comparable. We ended the call with me needing to order on line. I did- the exact same unit. It had gone way up in price within 3 days since I ordered , and that I had cancelled an hour before. I called again. Bless Holleys heart because her and the other ladies honored my original price. These ladies made this entire experience very pleasant and personal for me. They cared! Something you hardly see anymore. I am sold on Lowes moving forward. Thank you ladies! Posting here because I couldn’t get on the Lowe’s survey site. I hope it’s seen by the right person! ????Store 1730

I needed an item that was out of season, they had it stored outside in the garden area on the top shelf. A young guy who worked there got a forklift, Or some machine and got out down for me, and he also looked for the ones that weren't as bent speaking of tomato cages. I was very pleased with the task being completed with him going above and beyond to get me what I needed. Love this place!

Have had some issues with rudeness here..usually don't say much but I would say go in during normal business hours while people.are there that help out trades more as it seems better during morning hours

Went in today to return some garland that we didn't end up using for Christmas. I was told they weren't accepting returns on anything Christmas related after Christmas and that signs have been out for a month. So I'm suppose to go in to Lowes looking for the fine print from now on? Nobody had the curtosy to tell me when I was checking out. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and getting paid to basically loiter and hall monitor while I check myself out. The worst part is that I've spent a little over a year converting my yard tools to Kobalt. I won't be supporting Lowes with this brand any longer and may return the snowblower we got for Christmas. Pretty low ball corperate move! Take back the $20.00 or loose a customer that spends thousands with you. Great choice when Home Depot is right around the corner. Look for my used Kobalt listings!
