I manage a building that orders from lowes and we had the Absolute worst experience with such a mean spirited delivery driver, we were very welcoming and nice however when told he was in the wrong drop of location he turned his back to me and walked away mumbling, proceeded to drop everything off in the bay and leave
We'll never do buisness here again.

Randy was very professional, quick, and delightful to deal with! Brandon, not once but twice, joyfully and proactively helped me load a 113 pound saw both on the cart and my truck!

Very Professional Team Members. Rich was instrumental in helping us get some Rockwool unbundled and loaded on our cart and walked us out to the garden center to look at some fencing. Excellent service 💯 percent. While checking out we had the pleasure of working with Anthony at the Pro desk. He was great and reminded me to use our Rewards points before the end of the year. Always great service and a clean store.

There is almost always a lack of employees in the store so when I need help finding something there is no one to be found. Additionally, anytime I try to do a curbside pickup, nobody ever comes out to bring me my order and I am forced to go in the store.
Please hire more people to help.
