Big help today at Lowes, lots of reps. Hanging around waiting to help customers, which was great because I had a bunch of lumber that need cut and they handled all of that for me.

When my son goes to Lowe's for repair / work on the house, he oftentimes, not always, finds what he needs.I will mention that the staff at Lowe's are very friendly. We frequently go there to get some steps in while socializing foster dogs. Many of the staff approach us with treats for the dogs while petting and asking about / helping socialize the dogs.

Professional people all the way. I ordered on the website, and asked me to wait up to 3 hours for confirmation to pick it up. I saw that there were only 3 of this item in the store. I kind of panicked. And as I did the confirmation was in my email.Thank you guys.

Horrible customer service! Never shop at Lowe's. They sold merchandise they didn't even have in stock. Set appointments for delivery and continued to cancel and reschedule. Had to cancel the order and go to Home Depot. Stick with Home Depot a more professional company

Needed help buying a new dryer because a competitor store was giving me the run around about delivery. As soon as I got back into the appliance section Kathy greeted me and asked if I needed help. I was still browsing a bit later and Rich came up to me to see if I needed help. He listened to my concerns and helped me make a decision on which dryer to get. From there Kathy helped me with my checkout process and scheduled my delivery. She was very easy to chat with and answered all of my questions. Once that was finished I had a question for Customer Service and Rich and Holley helped me through that process. They were very patient with my questions and made me feel at ease. Every associate that helped me today was so polite and personable. We ended our visit feeling relieved and excited. My daughter even got a coloring book! This is our second visit at this Lowe’s and I had a great experience with customer service both times. We will be back!

Very nice store with a good location. Most people in self checkout. Seem to need more help than other Lowe’s that I have been to so it takes longer than I am used to.

Manuel with Manny's Handyman Services was great and had no part in this terrible experience of purchasing a product and paying $197.00 for installation at Lowe's. I will NEVER pay for Lowe's scam of a service to install anything again or EVER use Angie's List! I was unaware that my purchase of the installation for my garbage disposal would be set up through a third party (Angie's List) which required me to download their app and create an account. What a horrible joke! When I paid for Lowe's installation services ($197.00), I expected that a Lowe's employee would do the job. I received multiple phone calls and text reminders from Angie's List and Lowe's giving me different appointment dates and times. Because of this lack of communication, I had too make multiple calls to both Lowe's and Angies List. These phone calls I made produced no answers. These two companies have no idea how to work together in providing a service. I had NO knowledge this was how my garbage disposal was getting installed. I will tell everyone I know about how terrible Lowe's and Angie's List installation services are and what a waste of money I paid to Lowe's. I paid $197.00 for a huge headache and major stress for three weeks prior to my installation because these two companies can't get it together. Again Manuel who installed my disposal had no part in this chaotic experience and did a great job.

Ordered cabinets and granite from Lowe's. Ordered in May. Promised 6 to 8 week delivery. It is now December and the installation is still not complete. Received terrible incompetent follow up on everything from delivery to installation. Stay away from them!!!

We went to this Lowes's to purchase a washer and dryer. There was not anyone in the appliance area so a gentleman named Kit came to help us. We had the most awesome experience with this employee. He answered all of our questions (even though that was not his department) with a big smile on his face. He was respectful and gave us over the top customer service. I can't express how wonderful this employee treated us. We are senior citizens and don't always get the respect he showed us. Lowe's should be proud to have this person working for them. And as a side note you beat Home Depot's price by a mile. We'll be Lowe's customers for life.

I don’t like this Lowe’s as a contractor- they won’t release orders to me even when my clients have specified that I will be picking them up. Also the door in question is an opened box- the cardboard looks terrible, hope it’s all in there… ??♂️Nope- wasn’t all in there. Now I have to deal with them again. ??♂️ thanks you have basically ruined my day.
