To the ladies in customer service, especially the one with bright red nails on 2/7, rolling your eyes as a person is entering your store is not a good look. Also, if you’re that miserable with a simple carpet cleaner rental return, that’s okay, just please don’t take that misery on random people. Have the day yall deserve.

This Lowe's has the worst customer service ever. Their workers couldn't give 2 poops that you need help. They sell a 6 gallon "LOCKING LID" can. The can is on isle 11, no lid anywhere. There is a lid in the name, there is a lid in the picture, there is no lid in the aisle. I'm looking around for an employee to help me and there is nobody around, like they're all on break. Finally see a guy in a vest at the other end of the aisle and I yell "can you help me?" He yells back, "No, but I can page someone" which he does. I wait around and nobody is showing up. I call out to the Lowe's gods, "Hey Lowe's, can anyone help me?!" A young lady walks by and I ask, is this your department? She says no, but tries to help anyway. I tell her my problem and she says "I don't see any lids for that." No duh, I think, that's what I'm asking for help with. She says "maybe they don't come with a lid." Well then it would just be called "Can" and not "Locking Lid Can."She walks away saying she'll ask paint. Bob comes by and I say Bob, is this your department? He says no, and walks away. A 4th lady comes by and she asks if I checked isle 4. Why would I check aisle 4, the cans are on aisle 11? I think to myself. Still, I check aisle 4. Guess what, that's where the lids are. So if you come here looking for the 6 gallon galvanized Locking Lid can, the can is on 11, lid is on 4. Have fun with that.
That's why in the last 90 days I've spent 3 grand with Home Depot, and $67 at Lowe's. Save time, save the hassle, shop Home Depot.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Nerita I. in the painting section at this store! She was absolutely amazing in helping us find the exact color we were looking for. Back in August 2024, we had purchased a 5-gallon bucket of paint, but unfortunately, the paint had spilled on the scan code, making it unreadable. Despite this, Ms. Nerita was able to identify the color by just two letters on the label. Instead of simply matching it to a similar color, she took the time to ensure we got the exact shade we wanted.
Ms. Nerita was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her dedication and expertise truly saved us from what could have been a frustrating situation. Thank you so much, Ms. Nerita, for your outstanding customer service and for genuinely wanting to help us.
This store needs more employees like her! Happy New Year and many blessings to her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond.

I recommend this store. Staff went out of the way to assist . E everyone was considerate and had a great attitude. Great service from Joseph Bob David and actually all others checkers floor managers too! I had a great experience and the Christmas sale was such a great value! My Christmas was greatly enriched by the quality of helpful friendly service I received!
