On Monday 03/18/24 I arrived at the tire station with a flat tire, the service was terrible, no one who attended to you appeared, after they assisted me, the colleague barely understood what he was talking about, they wanted to charge me for a tire of use 120 dollars and since I did not accept the price they charged me 10 dollars for the inspection and I took the wheel removed from the car.

I feel completely abused and ripped off. I took my jeep in to get tires and aligment and was charged 2500. I could not sleep that night thinking i got ripped off so i took my vehicle to another tire shop to see what they would charge for the same 4 tires and alignmnet. The total was 1483.63 cents. I asked the other tire shop what i should do and they recommended that i take my vehicle back and give them a chance to make it right. When i arrived to el rays I spoke to an employee and they told me the price of the tire was higher than the other shops because they had installed lt tires. That is not the case at all. I have passenger tires on my jeep now. That is what they installed. They ripped me off and lied straight to my face.

Valen pa pura chingad@!! me pusieron una llanta en 220 dlls y a los tres días estaba sin aire y era la válvula la lleve a la garantía y resulta que la válvula no la cobraron en la primera vez! Y me cobro el pinchi morrito 70 bolas otra vez, vallan a otro lado aquí valen pura madrii!! Uno que quiere estar con los paisas pero se salen estos cabron@ss!

Very good spot definitely recommend this place went to four different tire places and they couldn’t takeLug nuts off but Picaso did itIn ten minutes !

Super OVER PRICE they charge me almost the same price that my tire cost for put the tire in is ridiculous definely i don't recommend thiis place total ripoff better look somewhere else i only did because i didn't found any other close tire shop other than that i will never

i guess these guys don’t know how to put nuts on, they put my nuts crooked and used there impact forcing them on and leaving no thread on my studs, happened on 2 studs on each wheel.

I would give this tire shop a 0 star they tax on used tires like if their new they wanted $700 for used tiers an not only that they tax you to patch a tire up like if your buying a used tire they charged me $80 i dont recommend this shop at all go somewhere els instead

The service is very bad, they are not friendly and the prices are very high. They want to charge more than 100 for a patch to be able to sell their second-hand tires, the work is not reliable at all and very bad service.

Over priced because the llantera rosales for two tires I paid 500 and llantera el Rey charged me 800 for the same brand tires never going back

Reviews make sense. Quote for repairs in order to do alignment literally have things checked that were just changed last week. Another dishonest mechanic shop. Save your self money and time and just go to a big name wheel shop and save 50%
