I had an older iPhone with a damaged screen. The store got it repaired at a fair price the next day.

I've been using this business for screen repair and cell phone accessories for the last several years. Easy access and parking right off of Iliff Avenue. Friendly, helpful, with reasonable pricing.

Not a fan. My BF had an unfortunate phone incident (he leaned against a fixed stool with the phone screen facing outward in his pocket and resulting in a pressure crack) with his Samsung Galaxy S5. After calling around Linktech Wireless said they had a phone screen in stock and would be able to do the repair for him. He drove down to the store the same day only to be told that the person who does the repairs was not in and he would have to leave his phone overnight. Not an option. He was still attempting to pull his data off the phone; just in case it could not be repaired. He verified when the repair person would be in the following day and was planning on returning with it during those hours. I had an appointment on that side of town the following day, so I brought the phone in. Only to be told that not only was the person not there, but they had used the screen for another repair. Great. They said they would try to track down a screen and I could leave the phone and pick it up later. When I asked how long the expected (it was 11:30 am at this time), they said it could take until 8 pm. Not going to work. We live 20 minutes east of Denver International Airport. I needed the phone repaired and returned by 4 pm. The associate agreed and I went to run some errands and kill some time. An hour later I receive a call saying that they cannot find the screen needed. They could order one and get the phone back to me in three days. At this point this is getting ridiculous to me. I return to the store, retrieve the phone, and order a replacement screen on Amazon. I ended up watching a couple YouTube videos and doing the replacement myself. Just call me a "jack of all trades." Ha! I don't think I have had such poor service in a tech store/environment in my life. While I understand that there is miscommunication from time to time, but Linktech Wireless should explain the repair process/timeline to their patrons better. #sorrynotsorry

I was frustrated with my current cell phone provider due to dropped calls and payment problems. I saw this store during my commute down Iliff to I-225 and decided to stop in. I'm glad I did. Within ten minutes, they had my number ported to a new carrier. They found me a prepaid carrier, with better service, international calls and more data than I was supposed to get with my previous carrier and at a third of the cost of what I was paying! It's not a fancy store by any means but the people are nice and know what they are doing. I haven't had a dropped call yet. I highly recommend them.
