This is the second and LAST time I’ll ever come here look at how blotchy she cut my hair all I asked was for a simple 0 fade all around and it looks like I went through a blender got into a fight with a lawn mower and lost. The first time she yanked and cut me and burned my head. It’s also extremely hard to communicate, but when it’s other Korean people of their own race they treat them so well and take there time but others they hurry and rush and do a terrible job if you’re not Korean I would not recommend coming here , you’re better off going to great clips and that’s saying something. Another customer even came in and showed them how bad they cut his hair I would’ve asked to have it fixed but I do not trust them. I’ve never had my haircut look so bad…I shouldn’t have even tipped.

Horrible experience! Second visit for my bf and it got worst. They rushed through the whole cut. Even to the untrained eye the haircut is blotchy, uneven, and choppy. They also overcharged you if you're not Korean, this crappy haircut costed 40!!! I definitely do not recommended this salon to anyone

It's been two weeks after i got my hair cut and i really try to like it but the more i look at it, the more upset I have. Being pregnant so i want to have a short hair, so i ask her ( I suppose she is an owner) to cut it short, she said : no , too short look ugly. And she did cut it too short lol . I'm fine with the length but my hair look so floppy , uneven and funky looking. Holiday is coming and every time i hang out with friends and family they all make fun of my hair and it make me so sad :( . I tried to put a headband,a ribbon , curl it ... to be little stylish but it still can't help. I guess this is not my Luck and it not my go to hair salon .

My third visit, I got my hair cut and colored. I loved the color Young chose for me, and she knows which cut will work best with what I have. She is professional and keeps her skills updated. I also like that the location is next to Hmart, so there is plenty of parking. Young also provides skin care services and products. I've been looking for a good hair stylist since my other stylist retired, and I'm glad I found Young's Hair Bis!Services: Haircut

The layers/textures looked alright, but after a couple days I noticed that the length of both sides aren’t the same.Cons: Usually at this price point, better service is provided. There was no complimentary hair wash, the station was not cleaned after a previous customer (I walked in just as he was finishing up and was motioned to just sit there as she was leaving), and tools weren’t sanitized (just picked up the tools and started working on my hair). I would do a 4 star, but I don’t want to encourage this type of service.

I've been getting hair cuts at Young's hair salon for a few years now. I've tried different salons since it's a pretty long drive for me but I continue to come back here.Hair cuts seem to be reasonably priced compared to other salons. All prices are listed at the front desk if you want to check out other procedures.Ms. Young is one of the hair dressers and she has told me that she's been cutting hair / getting education for it for 18 years now.She always tries to accommodate to customers' needs so just ask!They also always pick up the phone which is not the case for all salons so that's a plus.10/10 would recommend!The manager is always friendly and tries hard to accommodate the guests.We also sell personal hygiene products and beauty ingredients such as collagen that we order directly from Korea.Aside from the director, the other employees are also good at grooming, so you don’t have to worry.100 points out of 100!Services: Blowouts
