Based on my last trip there, way too crowded and understaffed. Even people with appointments appeared to be waiting for a long time - those without appointments waited for hours. Staff was good and as accommodating as possible within a terrible situation. Really needs improvement.

Regular lab visit Jan2024, the office staff were organized and efficient, the waiting area and patient room was clean and neat. The new tech while experienced was being monitored as per protocol I was told; she was excellent. I also understood it to be under new management and I would say, it shows; nothing to critique.
