No one answers the phone or returns calls. This location in walgreens has been closed for months.

I just went to this location and was told they haven't been open for months. Yet the large sign is in the window and online it says they are open. Numerous people standing in the pharmacy line were there for the lab and one was an elderly gentleman that needed assistance walking. This is terrible customer service. Also, you might to read many if the reviews of your labs located in Walgreens, none of them are goodUpdate: I received a VERY quick response and they are fixing the issue of hours at this location.

If you go to this LabCorp no one will actually be there during their open hours. Even if you have an appointment it will mean nothing, and they will not let you know that no one is there. The Walgreens staff will have nothing to do with it and also have no clue if it'll be open. Go somewhere else.

Signs are up in Walgreens saying Lab Corp is closed until further notice. No info about this when you call. I drove out for no reason.

No schedules to be kept. They close without prior info to customers with appointments. Playing with customer's health all the time. What they say and what they do actually is quite different. All about money and patient can go to hell.

This location hasn't been open in weeks. Despite checking online and calling the location to get the recorded hours of business, which all state it is open, it is unequivocally NOT.

There's no reason why a place with customer service like this should still exist. If you've got a "worst DMV" experience, just imagine that. It's what you'll experience.LabCorp clearly doesn't care about its customers. If you can, find something else. I had to use them for a pre employment drug screening. Will be encouraging my employer to use someone else.Places with experiences like this exist because we let them. Spend your money elsewhere and the terrible experiences will die out.Not only is the branch terrible, the corporate experience was abysmal. No appointments available, rude customer service, the usual.

They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to call back when you leave a message, and so I went to drop off the labs in person but they decided to close 30 minutes early without notice. I’m not trying to drive to a different location.

Had an appointment, showed up to this. Thanks for the waste of time.

Booked an appointment for this location, showed up 10 minutes early to be safe, and was looked at funny when I said I had an appointment and was told they’d “try and fit me in” and to wait… so why did I make an appointment? Needed a drug screening for employment and was given a 48 hour window to get it done so can’t just do it another day.Absolute BS. Will never come here again if I need testing in the future

HEADS UP: This place does NOT accept walk-ins. I'm fine if they don't take walk-ins but the answering service (a machine) and online page all say Walk-ins welcomed. I went to 3 different locations and NONE of them accept walk-ins. I waited to talk to someone and nobody ever came. You can try to call but nobody answers. BEYOND frustrated. If you're an employer, think twice about using this lab for your pre-employment drug testing. You can not even schedule an appointment for 1.5wks out!!! There goes your 3 day drug test rule. I ended up having to go to quest. CHANGE YOUR ADVERTISING IF YOU NO LONGER ACCEPT WALK-INS

I didn’t have to wait long. But I also showed up right when they opened. Phlebotomist was nice. The male that was in the office puts off an aggressive vibe but maybe he isn’t a morning person. My main complaint is that they are not cleaning, disinfecting between patients. I went back maybe one minute after the patient before me. The chair was definitely not wiped down. The same arm tourniquet is used between patients. There is dust and filth everywhere. I don’t think they ever clean or sterilize anything .

It's not nearly as horrible as the reviews might suggest. Based on the reviews, I was terrified to visit any LabCorp location in the Denver metro. I didn't have any issues getting my blood drawn and got the result less than 24 hours later. I did have to wait like 30 minutes, even with an appointment, but that's not surprising given that they only have one person doing everything (standard at every LabCorp at Walgreens)

Be prepared to wait a little over an hour, if you do not have an appointment. There is only one employee working, but he maintains a very positive attitude. In and out once your name is called in about 5 minutes for labs.

Agree checking in wait right outside the door not in your car like they suggest. They will NOT text you. They will just skip you.
