Kohls has much to recommend it right now. You can get a very cute stuffed animal for $5 and the customer service is efficient. A young associate jumped over to the counter to help me, so I wouldn't have to stand in line for the other associate cashier. She was fast at checking out, and I appreciated her easy, confident manner. Kohls is still a pleasant place to shop, and customer care is responsive and quick.

Why are the tags sewn on the way they are for yoga pants? I’ve never seen this, and they are hard to remove…. I also snagged a pair of pants trying to remove it.
Also self checkout is faster, but then you have to wait for an employee to help with security tags. So there’s no real value in checking out your stuff.

This Kohls has combined check out and returns, reducing it to two people, and increased the self-check out. There is no place to put the hangers that we don't want, and Kohls cash goes to your e-mail instead of your hand. I was told "this is all more efficient". I needed help 3 times to get checked out.

There is very low amount of selection. Tek gear is no longer there. Too basic.

Kohl's sent me a promotion email of 25% discount but when went to the store (1241), I noticed that the prices were increased by 25% so there was no discount.

As I have graduations to attend and need new work clothes, I shopped at Kohls today. When approaching the checkout, I was told I can self check out. I had a lot of items and each article of clothing had a security tag. I was told it was easy to do myself. I rung up each item (of which I had several), removed the hanger, removed the security tag and then bagged my clothes. This took me a long period of time. I then got charged for my bags too. I tend to forget my bags in the car so that is my fault but after doing Kohl’s job for them I should be getting a discount not paying any more. The bags ripped in half on the way to the car so they weren’t even quality enough to last 5 minutes. If Kohl’s is looking to lose customers, then please continue to make your customers check out their own items, remove hangers and security tags. I will tell you, this customer will not do it again.

Excellent experience with Mary the cashier as well as knowledgeable and cheerful women's wear staff. Had at least one pair of pants that fit! Fitting room was clean.

Sad. Followed me around. Brought in my bag cause that is what we do now and returned stuff to Amazon. Supervisor was rude saying she doesn't walk around with a bag. Wanted me to use a shopping cart for the few items I had. I used to shop here a lot. Lost a customer. Will be canceling my credit card.

I like the variety of items at Kohl's and the prices are competitive with similar stores. What was lacking was customer service. But I think it's rare no matter where people shop.

This Aurora location staff was horrible. Cashier was rude and hateful, she acted like she didn't have time to help me. No help with any questions, rushed out of the store after checking out. I will not be returning to this location, might even return the items I did purchase. Very disappointed.
