My favorite store is 52 and I love sharnetta and Paula in bakery. Love the front end staff and cc”s. Always have my items when I need them. I recommend this store to anyone. You welcome in advance.

There were no available shopping carts outside or inside for customer use this afternoon. Customers were having to grab empty carts from other customers ?.

On may 27th I was almost done shopping, having been in the store for well over 30min. When the security decides to tell me I need to take my bag to the front. I told him politely, that I would do it when I was done.vwent over to grab tomatoes from the produce section where he attempted to intimidate me, and whispered what sounded like a slur.
I have been coming to this store for over 10yrs with no problems.
I understand your problem with thieves, but using intimidation tactics on law abiding citizens is wrong.
I hope you can resolve this, or I will have to start shopping at Safeway, where I am always treated like the paying customer that I am.

What an absolute piss poor excuse for a store and management. Half of your employees can't speak comprehensible English and refuse to assist or do the basics of their job. Prices are wrong when checking out & they can't help you unless they get management. Even then management will refuse the coupon or discounted tag price saying "it expired" well your tags are still up. Horrendous and utterly disgusted.

I don't know what exactly they changed after the pandemic but this place has really turned a corner in the last two years. The employees they have hired are pleasant and helpful, they have great looking produce most of the time and their prices are extremely affordable compared to other grocery stores, even other King Soopers at different locations. I see a lot of people hating on this store but I think it has gotten so much better and deserves recognition for that.

Usually the place isn't that bad I went in to check for sales on produce and to find matcha instead of going to Starbucks and someone reported me for stealing and I've never stolen in my life. I know I look rough but I even offered to empty my pockets to prove myself. Idk if it was my carhartt jacket or my skin but jeez can't even mind my business in public.

This store sells expired produce, dairy and bakery products and meat past the day of sell by date. I often receive orders delivered that have a couple of items with expiration dates from two weeks to a month. Expired food can make you very sick, but this location doesn't seem to care? Check all your Items so you don't get sick like I did. Bring back all expired items asap, get a refund and hold them accountable for thier actions that is the only way they improve for our community.

This store seems cluttered they have two sections of self-checkout one whole section that is always closed and only two human checkers for the whole store very unhelpful

Did the checkout, cashier was undertrained and overworked based on her ability to reset the produce weight. Would of been faster to self checkout had the line not been 10+ people deep. Please pay your employees more, then the good ones might stay.

A lot of the produce was overripe & shouldn’t have been on the shelves. The lines are always insane here & the cashiers are super slow. On top of that, the cashier named Juanita was discussing politics with a customer while a long line of people were waiting.
