This location has a dozen cash registers and only staffs two at most ever. Then tells upon customers to use the self checkout which is also jammed up with long lines.HIRE MORE EMPLOYEESUnderstaffed dirty and items missing from shelves

The prices are good plus I get coupons mailed to me, and there's also digital coupons. They are short staffed so there's usually a line.

The neighborhood King Soopers is one-of-a-kind. I love the diversity and am wondering if they could sell Don Chelada cups like how Walmart once did..?

This place always has one cashier open. Omg!! What is it with them? All of the employees working and one cashier? Everyone is struggling to make a line without being in anyone’s way, employees walk by and see it and do not open another one?? Cmon now, fastest way to go is the self checkout, but even that way has a big line as well, which sucks even more. Judy is always the cashier, I feel so horrible, I know she works too much! They should move her for someone else.

Terrible. No help so lines are pretty long, have one cashier open literally about to close down and have no others open, I don't know what it is with this location, it's just terrible. They have the worst selection of anything. No beauty section, literally nothing. They definitely lost a customer for sure of 25 years for a long time.

I walked over to a self checkout stand and something was wrong with the register. An elderly white male employee attendant walks over and rudely ask me “what did I do to the register?” (keep in mind I just got to the register I did nothing) I raised my hands in confusion to his question and said “nothing” he scanned his employee badge on the scanner fixes the problem and then proceeded to tell me whatever I did to the register “don’t do that again” after I already told his senior citizen self I did nothing to it. As a paying customer he spoke to me like I’m a child I’m nearly 50 years old unfortunately I didn’t get his name. This incident occurred on Labor Day around 1pm

Neighborhood grocery store walking distance a block away. Good for emergency last-minute items. Good variety of items. Sometimes, items are reduced or go on clearance.Normally, I get delivery from Costco, but in a pinch, King Soopers rescues me for last-minute shopping when you run out of bread, milk, or other necessary things.

Apparently management thinks employees being injured is funny? Overheard a manager laughing at an employees broken bone when he wasn’t around as I was shopping. Also lazy and incompetent staff. 0/10 would not recommend .

If you close at 11 say so, if you close at 1050 say so. Don't say you're open till 11, And then close earlier. I wasted my time going to your store when I could have gone to another that's open and doesn't have a super root security guard.

Absolutely TERRIBLE location. Avoid at all cost, it smells like literal sewage, waited 40 minutes for SELF CHECK OUT because Gary says there’s not enough people yet where is Gary? Not out helping relieve the FORTY MINUTE WAIT LINE. Filing with corporate after the attitude those store tried to sling.

Since COVID began, this store has been severely short staffed. But, the worst of that is long past and still they typically only have one person operating 10 self-checkouts, and perhaps one checkout line, even while lines extend beyond the checkout stations and down the aisles. Last Saturday, at 7:30PM, the line was so long that it extended from the registers at the front of the store, all the way down the chip aisle, turned right at the meats at the back of the store, and extended toward produce. The last two times I went, I walked in, saw that the line extended down the chip aisle, and immediately left. I do not believe that there are no cashiers available to hire. This store's staffing decisions are disrespectful to my time and I can no longer excuse it.

They very often don't have an adequate number of registers available, so there may be a wait. Parking is relatively easy. I usually find everything I need

Bought some beautiful daisies from here they're floral department is phenomenal and I enjoy all the different deals that come here at Krogers AKA King Soopers the customer service is amazing I enjoy all the Kroger products it is a One-Stop shop for everything and you just can't beat the deals love the deli department with all the meats and cheeses read along with all the fresh-made subs sandwiches ? there is never really a Wait in line and there is always carts and hand baskets available. They have armed guards for your safety so you can feel safe shopping at King Soopers. You never know what to expect so it is always very good to have a armed guard security to protect you. Man I'm grateful for King Soopers . So yes this is a One-Stop shop for all your shopping needs and more. I suggest anybody come here to shop at King Soopers. There's always a smile waiting at the door.

This store NOT open until 11. It is only open until 10:50pm. If you show up at 10:52 hoping to quickly run in for a gallon of milk, you will not be let in the door. OPEN until 11pm should mean OPEN until 11pm. If you’re going to CLOSE your doors at 10:50, you need to update your hours online.
